The Fab Faux is the best Beatles cover band. They don't need to imitate the Beatles' dress, haircuts but they give us the very spirit of that magical music.
Going to my 5th Fabs show tomorrow night and I know they'll be their usual fabulous selves.A better gathering of top notch musicians you'll not find. They are how Gods stereo sounds.
Having attended 19 Beatlefest Beatles conventions, back home in LA, i have heard hundreds of bands and even got to be friends with a few. You guys are one of the best. Keep it up.
What is so amazing about this performance is that it took The Beatles 30 takes and innumerable overdubs and blends to get the final product. Here is 5 guys, 1 take, LIVE!
Make no mistake, these are great musicians who have played with some great artists. For example, Will Lee (bass, David Letterman) and Jimmy Vivino (lead guitar, Conan), are both former musicians for pop genius Laura Nyro (Rock Hall of Fame, Songwriters Hall of Fame).
truly professional and in my eyes the best beatles cover band - what i particularly like is that they don't "pretend", dress up, wigs and moves in order to "re-create" also the optical experience. The music is good enough, and Fab Faux have clearly understood this.
FABS are so committed to the Beatles. See them whenever I can. Last performance was at the Beacon Theater NYC. Never disappoint. Enjoyed this YT recording at IBW 2014 - Liverpool - Nice. TY Esa.
I also saw them at The Beacon with my wife. They performed the entire "THE BEATLES," aka The White Album, followed by a half dozen earlier hits. It was spectacular.
I saw you do this live in studio, and it was impressive. This was live with a real live audience. Some technical scrambling, but there was no change in the quality of the sound. This was more than impressive, it was magical. Congratulations to everyone in the band, and all the techies. Bravissima and bravissimo.
Terrific band. And to be clear about their intention; they are not a cover band nor are they a tribute band. Tribute bands get on all the props ,wigs et al. No, the Fab Faux are 'reproductionists' ...the same way a philharmonic orchestra reproduces Bach,Beethoven,Dvorcak etc...their aim at each show is to get the tone and notes in the correct sequence and make it as close to original as is humanly possible as if the actual Beatles were there performing for you. Touring well over 15 years, they have their shows dialed-in. Playing different Beatle albums/periods,,,Rubber Soul and Revolver at one show then doing Abbey Road at another, White Album at another etc. Well worth the $100 bucks.
I only wish the audio quality of this youtube experience was better. This is what you get when you record a concert with an apparently crappy camcorder with a crappy mic at the back of a large room clearly not designed with music in mind. They deserved better than this.
Kudos to Will Lee and his band.. The Beatles would have never tried to play this live....

Chills down my spine and tears in my eyes. Thank you Fab Faux for keeping the music alive.
Have seen these guys three times-They're fabulous!

Great job of covering the tunes. Not an easy feat live. Lots of instrument changing logistics. I really did Will Lee!

Well played! I actually have a cover of this song too as well as tons of videos extracting John Lennon's parts
GOOD!"
Fun.
So this is what Uncle Floyd's lil bro is doin these daze
Man here are the best musicians playing the Beatles and it Still pales in comparison to the original.

Yes they're worth a c-note but I've seen them 5 times and the most I paid was $58.00 and the lowest was $20.00.A bargain at any price!
Tony Cushman does a dead ringer of Paul McCartny
Great but I prefer yellow matter custard based on the energy level being a little bit higher than the fab fo
