It’s a Honda, maintenance is simple. Keep oil in it. Only real maintenance things with it are the clutch fluid you should flush every oil change, design flaw with the master cylinder causes it to get super dirty quickly. And the Timing chain tensioner starts to fail around 30-40k miles so you have to rebuild or replace those
Better is a matter of opinion really. There is faster cars yes, but for what you are getting I think it’s really worth it as a driving enthusiast. If your a weekend warrior or a stance guy of course the car isn’t worth it. Yeah that would be wild, until the odometer read 3x as much as the engine 😂
@@ChrisSadowski I think he's just talkin about resale of the motor not the whole car. You could pretty much name your price on that block
@@ChrisSadowski lmao you RIGHT! Lol but I think having it documented and stored correctly is the key. I’ll take a 500k mile S2000 with the OEM 110k engine in 2030. 😂 if anything I’d stock up on Ks just to have backups. Good video dude, hope all is well.
That would be dope. If we even have gasoline in 2030 😂
@@ChrisSadowski mannnn TELL ME ABOUT IT! Lol “crisis” hasn’t hit here in Texas yet but knowing the citizens? Won’t be long 😂
AP2 owner. They’re great cars but horrible as a daily driver and not practical. Only recommend if you can afford it to be a total toy.
I’ve been daily driving mine for a year now and it’s been a great daily. Especially if you don’t have kids. Nothing beats leaving work with the top down blasting your music in bliss of vtec roaring
@@ChrisSadowski you must have better roads with fewer potholes than we do here in Boston 😂
Oh yeah Phoenix roads can be rough but nothing like East coast 😅
Mine is a 2000 with 120k miles on it but I love it
Does yours burn oil also? Every AP1 owner and half the AP2 guys I ask all burn oil like mine haha
@@ChrisSadowski Cant tell you because I got it recently and don’t drive it often but it just feels good to drive from what I’ve experienced so far
Love my 00 all stock😎🤙
Amazing car, unless you are over 6’ tall then you’ll hate it after driving for 15 minutes
Thankfully I’m only 5’9 🥸🤣
It’s collectible
Nothing about maintenance?
It’s a Honda, maintenance is simple. Keep oil in it. Only real maintenance things with it are the clutch fluid you should flush every oil change, design flaw with the master cylinder causes it to get super dirty quickly. And the Timing chain tensioner starts to fail around 30-40k miles so you have to rebuild or replace those
Omg that thumbnail 😍😍😍😍😍
😬💙
Fuck yeah it is!
Was it bananas or banana?!... I can’t remember 😅
Notification squad!
Was that Zelda's lullaby at 1:39?
Yee
@@ChrisSadowski Awesome!
PEOPLE CANT TURN WONT UNDERSTAND. LOL
Exactly! Haha
No, no it's not. Sell me yours and I will relieve you of the burden.
Bananas
You're lucky man I had to drive my friend to the store and I haven't gotten to finish the dang video
Bananas 🍌
👍👍👍🌵🌵🌵
Not an s2k fan. Good looking cars but not worth what people are asking for them. So much better out there for the money.
Better is a matter of opinion really. There is faster cars yes, but for what you are getting I think it’s really worth it as a driving enthusiast. If your a weekend warrior or a stance guy of course the car isn’t worth it. But you won’t really get such a good driving car, with its good power and incredible handling and driver feel nowadays for the same price. It still has the classic Honda driving feel but with a modern touch whereas new sports cars are just fast and so lifeless and disconnected from the driving experience.
Like a miata?
No not really. I sold my turbo Miata to buy the S2000, it’s a great car don’t get me wrong I love miatas still. But the S2000 is just a much better, more refined Miata. More reliable, twice the power, extremely rigid chassis, better comfort, still easy to work on
@@ChrisSadowski i have bought :)
@Scott Farris like what?
You headed to flag?
I was headed to Payson
