Because I have some hearing loss between 4kHz and 8kHz, much of the music I listen to, for example through my pair of Apple HomePods, sounds a bit on the dull side; however, the HearID function of my Liberty 2 Pro earbuds adds those missing frequencies back, so that listening to music through those sounds vibrant. I wish they weren’t so big, plus I am hoping the Liberty 3 Pros will include ANC. Another great video! Thanks!!

I subscribed recently after seeing a couple of your videos I kind of get to the conclusion that we have similar "sound profile" liking (IF that even make sense), so I went on and got an MPOW H12 based on your reviews and reaction. Nailed it! They are not perfect, but was the thing that I was looking for around that budget.... BTW got a coupon with $10 discount that day... Lucky me huh? Thanks for the videos, you are definitively a reference for me when I'm looking for sound gadgets.

Well I don't have any headphones ;-;
I like some good quality bass without sacrificing on the vocals and Soundcore Life Q10 is a champion of a headphone in that department and these punch a million times above their price. I don't care about ANC. For more warm/shiny vocals I use One Odio Pro-10s (wired). My musical life is all set.

Akg N400 the best currently for earbuds sound. ANC + IPX7. Sweet Spot all-rounder. Except for battery life... 5-6 hours. Trade off is battery life.

Absolutely tbh I thought it was an overrated brand ,recently I tested the wf1000xm3 that was far better than some 200$ wired earphones which I have. I bought a 30$ wi xb400 to gift someone even for that price the bass and sound quality is impressive compared to the sea of chinese OEM products of the same price range

Got the Sony WH-1000XM3, JLabs JBuds Air, Taotronics Soundsurge 55, Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 (which are annoyingly stuck in my office) and just got the Apple AirPods Pro yesterday. Yes the Apple headphones are good! They’re all good in their own different way for their own purpose. The Sony could have done with more foam padding in the cups, otherwise are great. I like you, now think I will go between the a pair of true wireless (AirPods Pro) and Sony’s. Just hope my headphone addiction will end haha.

Ahhh, those were great times! I actually started in September 2016. As far as the LG CK99, I have no idea what HZ it gets down to. What I DO KNOW is that when I turn it up, it literally vibrates my windows and they are triple pane... Yes, TRIPLE PANE windows. That thing should require a permit. 😂😂😂
You have a valid point, much like the Apple vs Android debate, it all depends on what your needs are and what is your budget. Having gone through a few pairs of headphones the one thing I would like is for headphones to be more durable.
This is exactly what leads most people down the headphone collecting rabbit hole. I can put on one headphone today then get tired of a certain sound trait then I’m switching to a different (not necessarily better) headphone. On thing I definitely agree on is that the Sony Wh1000XM3 do a lot of different things well (not necessarily better). I love the way they sound with many genres of music.

Have to admit you are right, when someone asks you don't know what their preferences are and it's subjective, and one headphone will probably be better in one area compared to another.
Why haven’t you done a review on the Bose 700 ANC? If you don’t like it, why? I listen to them in Walmart and I thought they were ANC was unbelievable. I don’t own them but we all need some feed back. Thanks
Great rant video. I have several pairs of headphones and find myself happy with Soundcore products. I have the Q10s, libery air 2, and the Spirit X2. Each play a different role. Walking around town, liberty 2, at home Q10s, and at the gym spirit x2. I've purchased jlab and skull crushers as well but keep coming back to Soundcore. I have a hard time justifying paying over 100 dollars for anything sound related but that's just me.
You could call me cheap ... But the Tribit Xfree tunes is my number 1 pick ... Since I have owned em'. For the fact that it doesn't have an app makes it golden .. no anxiety over setting eq's or wondering if I could make em sound better. I just know it's how it is supposed to be and I love it.

Soundcore Liberty Pro 2 and Skullcrusher ANC are my 2 that I own because I wanted the most bass possible. I have owned the Sonys and you're absolutely correct they were great but I needed more bass an that's what I ended with and I'm happy!
You have thrown Taotronics to the side now, I purchased Taotornics Soundsurge 85, because you placed them above Soundcore Life Q20 in your previous reviews. However I found them too heavy on ear, sound was mixed experience with ANC off, there was bit of noise and with ANC on, lot of sound was smoothed. Also if you want to lay down listening to music, the cushion is too big and I ended up slide on off the ear and listned with one side only :) So in my opinion Soundsurge 85 are basically not worth $50+. Now I am wondering which one to chose next under $50 dollar budget.
What was a better experience for you between crushers wireless vs tribit tune? Both pretty budget in 2020 🤔🤔

The 1000xm3 were my dream headphones for awhile, and when I got them I got exactly what I wanted. Sound great, comfortable, noise cancelling is scary good at times. Sony has already given many good experiences.
Please do a review for the WI-XB400 I would love to hear your thoughts on them.
Thats how I feel about my headphones too, I have four over the ear headphones which is the Tribit Xfree Tunes, Earfun Waves, Tribit Quiet Plus and, Tribit Quietplus 72's. Love my xFree Tunes but I always seem to switch to my Earfun Waves or my new daily driver the Quietplus72. I dont like the sound signature of the original Quiet Plus headphones as I feel they are muffled and muddy where the Quietplus 72's have way more bass and clarity.
Why did you not keep the MU6 Space 2? You seem to be so high on them.

Totally pleased with Sony wh-1000xm3. It seems like they are built to last. The comfort is on par. I just started to get sound dialed in. I'm no bass head so I like the ability to turn the bass down with a flat eq .

XM3's all the way. I own QC 35 IIs, Beats Solo, TaoTronics, M50x, Airpods, Airpods Pro, and a few more. The XM3s are my daily drivers. I've easily used them for hundreds if not thousands of hours.
What do you think about the 1-more anc dual driver earphones? I do like some bass.

Using TT BH085 and Apple Airpods combination. Works very well for me.
I got rid of XM3`s because they did not have enough bass and volume. When you use EQ for more bass, the soundquality went south with SBC.

I'll stick with my DT880s Premium 600 ohm studio headphones for now bro. However, a wireless bluetooth headphones do sound like something I will need one day. Most notably, when traveling.
Huge basshead here! That's why I still have a pair of busted up V-moda M100s and rather than throw them to the side I got a Bluetooth adapter from Fiio 😎🎧 I have yet to hear a pair of cans that can outdo their bass at my preferred volume...
To add, phone calls on Tribit Xfree Tune are superb and sound great too, i use them daily for office calls.

given that I didn't even need one pair of BT headphones lol .... I think I am going to keep two sets now ... I have two here now and have another one on the way .... The XFree Tunes I do like but they lack the clarity of the Mpow I have tried (Xfree Tunes are staying) ... hoping to be able to test the H17's which I have now but sound REALLY off in the mids ... other than that I love them but I see so many good things about the H12's ... I am planning on keeping one of the MPows and returning the other.
The funny thing is I feel like I am becoming an audiophile testing the H17's .... I think the sound is off .. esp in the mids... then i go back to my old wired headphones that I never had an issue with "this sounds bad" before ... now even "off" the mpow's sound better than the ones I was using lol
I still use the Sony wi-1000 these in ear beasts sound awesome still for being over 2 years old...

Alright Antwan... You know what I'm here for brother! I was curious why the 75Ts never make your videos and then I searched back and you've never done a review! Ya boy Jim put them up in his last 'Best of the best" video as being the best true wireless earbuds, but they've never passed your desk. Even better? They've had massive updates since Jim reviewed them to add hear ID to the EQ options. I think it's time to roll them in!

@@NewStuffTV1 Awesome! I think they could dethrone the galaxy buds but I'll let you be the judge for yourself (as was the point of this video ;) ). The only shortcoming that I can think of when comparing to the galaxys is no wireless charging - they were supposed to launch with a wireless charging variant spring of this year, but that got derailed by covid. The wireless charging case is being sold on jabra.com as an accessory, but I think their supply chain got hit HARD during the pandemic.

yo yo you one the pros when it come to headphones 👍a side note this my opinion i believe headphone navigation buttons should be on the flat outer part of the ear cups not on the edge/rim it makes it easy and faster to change music etc rather being hidden on the edges /hard to reach places lol ... what you think JDL😎 and guys ?

Im. budget-conscious so I have price in mind I brought a set of Mpowl H12 and I truly love these I also was given a set Mpowl H20 and these are more comfortable than the H12 both have great battery life and I believe are better than the Bose true sound series which I also have but have terrible battery life and are not as sturdy as the Mpowl units as much as I love Sony my wallet loves ZMPOWL. and I got to admit do I

I have so many different headphones and earbuds cause I love all different types of sound. But even with my expensive ones I still pop in my Cowin KY-2 True wireless Earbuds cause they were cheap and sounds amazing but I hate the battery life on them. I'm an Audio nut so I have headphones for every situation.
Isn't the Hear ID thing like just very similar to Samsung's AdaptSound which basically works for ANY headphone you connect to that Samsung? So since you have a Note, the Hear ID isn't very special.

I am so sad my old Bluedio T3 headphones are dying. But 3-4 years for about $50, I can’t complain.
Now I am trying to find a good one for mainly wireless video watching (now using an iPad since everyone but Samsung gave up on android tablets), wireless game/video on windows 10 for my laptop when I start traveling for work again, and wired audio to my oculus quest. Anyone have some recommendations for an over the ear set with relatively clear neutral audio at a reasonable price (would like under $200, lower is fine).

Probably you need to know what you want from a headphone and go for the best at that category for the kind of budget you have.

We should have one premium headphone when we want to enjoy the highest quality sound with the best ANC, and the 'other' for our casual Listening where we arent critical with sound and the handling of the device. I never give my kids to touch the wh-1000xm3 😂. My toss around headphone is the Edifier w820bt, where the headband already peeled itself and the ear cup already replaced with a cheapo one
