Love when Tweek is in that flowstate where everything he does just works and he's so insanely creative with these random little custom combos it's legit inspirational to watch but bruh this level of gameplay feels like its beyond hard work and practice LOL
Tweeks Sephiroth is so clean. Legit the only Sephiroth I'll watch. I know there's other players out there but I watch them and think "they kinda play like me" but I want to play like this!
Sephiroth is always so fun to watch cause his punish game is specifically pretty slow but very rhythmic and stylish. There always seems to be roughly the same time between each of his moves and they all have a sick animation. He really does have probably the best looking moves in the game. There's the back arch on up air, the smug over the shoulder look before Bair comes out, the pirouette T-pose during up smash, the clean line from his right elbow to the tip of the sword on down smash, the finger to the sky michael jackson pose on uptilt, the completely upright clip kick on jab 1, and the final hit of octaslash all just look so DAMN cool. There is no one in smash that looks as sick in kill screens. He is in the game to be Seen and everyone the worked on him probably all sat down and agreed that what they want from him in the game is just for everyone to see him and say and think "HOLY SHIT"
Thinking more about it, they really went with the "Sephiroth is a master swordsman" angle. Masamune is huge and he wields it almost exclusively one handed. So you have to watch his right arm in every animation and how his torso moves. He twists his whole body to make all the strikes work and is always using his right arm to counter balance the sword. Like when he does B-air, he rotates his shoulders through the slash and extends his right arm which barely moves at all. He starts closed up like a figure skater and opens his right arm in the opposite direction of the slash to keep balanced and give more power to the swing.
I just watch that sonic get wrecked on a tourney winner and checked the frame by frame and it's just unreal. He even extends the fingers on his right hand right before his sword hits to get that last little OUNCE of leverage out. The details on his moves are insane. Wing even complements it.
Your Sephiroth is so much fun to watch, and I feel like I learn more about playing the character every time i see you use him. Always love to see you doing well and making some killer plays with the coolest character in smash 👌❤️
I think the one situation I could see Tweek consistently benefitting from using Sephiroth is against Steve. It’s easier said than done, the matchup is very volatile, but seeing how calculated and smart Tweek is with Seph makes me think that it might grant him better results in that matchup than what he’s currently seen with Diddy

@@ABC-ik9vj , Ken won a major with him, a stacked regional in Japan, and places inside of top 8 when he competes and uses Sephiroth. 🤷🏾♂️ If a player can't place well with Sephiroth, then it's a skill issue.
