NICE recovery! everyone is human and stuff happens..it just reinforces the fact that you must remain in control of the tools while the lathe is turning!. Another beautiful piece!!
That is a beautiful piece. I'm totally impressed that you hollowed that out without any hollowing system. That piece of wood is lovely and you did a beautiful job.
Thanks for your comment! I am very happy. Unfortunately there is no hollowing system, so it's a shame that when you turn a log into a work, it becomes very small. I plan to get a large lathe someday so that I can use it without waste. Thanks for watching! ✨
Thank you for your comment as always!!🙇🇯🇵 I also looked like marble! I will post the video in about 2 days. looking forward to. Stay safe and have a nice day!!

A really nice piece. We can all relate to the piece having a mind of it's own and trying to jump ship :-) Mine vase did last week x 2. Great video, nice finish and texture on the wood. Cheers John
Thank you! ! Tree regeneration can be progressed really little by little. Cheering helps! When you make a vase, it is to expression the texture of each tree✨
Very Nice! The grain looks really nice but I bet it even looks better in person. Nice shape . I am surprised that it didn't crack when you got that catch
Thank you! The trumpet shape is difficult. Along with that, I think that my concentration became weak, which led to failure. But it was good to finish! Thanks for watching! !
Thank you very much!!🙏🇯🇵 I will use the trees that were broken by the disaster. Sawdust is used for building materials such as heat insulation and soundproofing materials!
Beautiful wood turning. You got very lucky to have not broken the vase on the catch while turning the inside. If you live by reaching far into a turned piece, you will certainly die by it as well. You take a big chance by reaching far into the piece with any tool when you don’t have the tool rest to provide good support.
Thanks for your comment!🙏 If you use a bent tool to dig inside, you need to place the unbent part on the toolrest. In a vase with a wide entrance, I want a toolrest that can reach all the back.
It is a penetrating paint called "Kigatame Ace" unique to Japan where I live. Unlike oil, it cures without damaging the texture of the wood. Also requires no maintenance!
Thank you very much! ! I am very happy! ! I think this is about $ 120. The start of sales will be announced in the channel community, so subscribe if you like.
@@YamabikoWoodArt Sumerians were an ancient, ore-flood time, one of the first we know of that developed writing skills and civilizations before the flood were very advanced, ie: the Pyramid of Giza and they were able to make stones structures of a magnificent nature which included very small items to gigantic items like the walls in Peru, the City of Machu Pichu in the Andes 11,000 ft altitude and so many other ancient civilizations pre-flood. Thanks for your comment! Because we use scrap wood, we cannot choose the size. Also, I was planning to produce the largest size by attaching it, but the lathe was small and I could not do it well due to vibration. I need a bigger lathe. Thank you for your valuable feedback!
