Awesome Jason, good 2 c you guys getting together 4 a fish 😊 , spent Christmas day , Boxing day, and following day with volunteer bush fire brigade, fighting bush fires, police got the A H who started the fire 😊, Happy catching from Australia Nick 🇦🇺
well done jason, its good to see you involving all those anglers. also getting the info on baits and whats been caught, keep them videos coming. take care and regards patrick chapman.
@@andrzejsoczewica1601 atm i have switched to mono fishing line and am enjoying it atm I have used braid in the past Both have there up and downs I will put together a video showing the pros and cons of each soon :)
Did anyone catch a Dab that was heavier than their 6oz casting weight?? 😳 I'm just joking buddy 🤣! In my experience, the best time to catch fat, plump Dabs is spring (April/May). And use slightly stale/smelly black lug as bait, nailed on the bottom type of rig. No fish or squid bait unless you love catching Whiting 😉 lol ❤️
@@PhilipBench hi buddy to be fair by April /may down here they are gone by then. By feb/march theres more dogs and rays then whiting to fish baits. Plaice take over on worm baits from mid feb and by April/may everyone turns their attention to bass and smoothies. Dabs are small anyway not normally going more than 1lb. Tasty little fish tho and yeah 4 day old lug perfect
Great day out, loads of dabs nice to see the other angler's catch as well.👍👍👍🎣🎣🎣
Great day, thanks for organising.
I will keep a look out for the next meet and hopefully join you all
