Seriously though. Wtf? Why the double standard forcing you into slaughtering your entire party? Most of these people likely have relationships with Durge at this point too. They would like him/her more than Astarion but they tolerate when he kills you? Honestly, the “it was self-defense” option makes sense for Astarion because you just have to say “he tried to kill me AGAIN.”
@@alphastronghold715 You already killed Alfira at this point. The self defense argument is therefore stupid and invalid. They let you go after Alfira but murdering a second person in the camp is not something they can tolerate.
There’s also a difference between a story death and any other death. If you kill a companion here as durge they can’t be revived, ever. But if astarion kills you when he bites you, you can get up and punch him in the face about it. Plus, you get a chance to say no to astarion/tell him to stop. The companion durge targets in this scene is completely helpless - and is also the person who you care about the most. If you can kill the person you love, why would your companions think you’d stop yourself from killing the rest of them?
Yeah I feel that wouldn’t work under any circumstances. At this point you’ve butchered two members of camp. Even if you lost control, you are an active threat to everyone at camp and must be dealt with.
In case no one has experienced what happens in this situation …. SPOILERS…… My first play through was a dark urge play through. I also romanced Astarion. After killing your romanced teammate everything is as shown. However, if you attempt the deception check, it’s a DC 30. The rest of the camp was not happy and I think you lose favor but no one gets hostile on you. They claim they will turn on you if anymore bodies appear but I didn’t encounter that. I wonder I there’s a third way to start such an encounter later on in act 3
I think a DC 30 Deception check is reasonable but I think it's only fair if there was also a DC 30 Persuasion check to explain that you lost control and didn't want this. The way the companions respond to you afterwards aligns more with that than lying about the Absolute taking over.
So Astarion killing you is fine. Killing Alfira is fine. Killing the Grove is fine (except for Halsin, Wyll and Karlach). Killing Isobel and therefore everyone at Last Light is fine. Volo watching the scene and writing: "Yeah, and then a Cambion appeared at the camp and offered her a gift from Asmodeus himself! He turned her into a 6-headed dragon! 100% true! I was right there!"
Sceleritas Fel? More like Sceleritas FLEW!
This is why I played my durge as if she was trying to fight off her urges but secretly she thrived off killing innocents but she wouldn't kill just anyone she laid eyes upon cause she knew she needed her allies to trust her if she wanted the best chances at surviveing the tadpoles unless she knew she could get away with the kill like Shadowheart at the start if the game murderd her in cold blood and wore her night time clothing for the entire game and she rocked it lol
By the end she became a illithid and took control over the Elder Brain in Bhaals name..
The only time I remember her getting catried away was with the Nightsong but I imagined killing a immortal being would make any Bhaal worshiper go crazy with bloodlust plus obtaining the Slayer Form was nice lol
The second time she let lose was when she accepted becoming an illithid and eating Orpheus's brain another god like being free to kill plus she had a great excuse she had to in order to beat the Elder Brain lol
I had to kill him too once. Not gonna spoiler why/how to avoid this but this was the only time I was kinda frustrated with this playthrough. Plus I once killed him after the first time he tries to bite you just to see what would happen 😂 poor Astarion can never rest
what’s your modlist omg the outfit is beautiful
The mod is called „Shirts dresses corsets“ ☺️
@@precious-little-bhaal-babe what ab the piercings? I love the labret sm!! 🖤
not the point of the video but I wanted to admire how beautiful your Durge is 😭💖Would you be able to share what piercing and clothing mods you used? I'm obsessedddddd
Calling yourself slayer but dressing up like Shar incarnate is certainly a mood
The best is with isobel's death
I’ve gotta really do an evil dark urge playthrough again but fuck man Warhammer is taking up my life atm lmfao 🤣
Oh cool! I can get the slayer form without losing anything of value after all!
Random question but can you do this with Gale?
Damn I now see I had a much "pacifistic" way to become the slayler ( 1st Durge ). I got the order to kill the "moon maiden" (no name because of spoiler ;) ) before I did help Shadowheart going her "evil" path. With that done I didn't even had to kill the moon maiden myself. Oh yeah and my party is still alive! ^^
If you do this, kill all the companions, can withers bring them back or not?
Dark urge only needed for achievements you lose or can lose a good compaion depending on when you trigger the cutscene and who is in your party. If you do it wrong you can lose good followers
This people is how I lost my first honor mode run
SCELERITAS VOICES CHANGE WHEN HE COMES BACK ITS SUPOSED TO HINT THAT EVERYTIME WE KILL THE BUTTLER ANOTHER TAKES PLACE?
Your tav is so so gorgeous oh my gosh... what mods are you using?
That's not the slayer! That's the ravager ugh.
Was Wyll wearing a watch? 😂
In my first honor game I failed the saving throw and killed my darling 🥺
Can u please make a video showing how you made your durge?
I think I’ll just sacrifice Isabel.. thanks.
What mods are you using? Your character is beautiful
love the outfit you have on your durge both in the cutscene and the camp outfit, which ones are they, and where did you get them from?
just happened to me on my honor run.
I think i have larians curse. Every time when i playing a new games in bg3 i have 100% good characters with good rolls with dices But when i tried to play durge everything become in nightmare, every dialog fail , every rolling dice fail, everything having fails. Most funny when i just creating solo character without urge class which can kill everybody its okay but not urge.
If the slayer form was worth killing every companion for then this option would be considerable
But it really isn’t that good which is a damn shame because of how COOL it is
I wonder if you can even finish the game like this.
There are way too many honor mode solo runs for me to doubt the possibility. Also hirelings exist
There really aren’t many consequences to killing isolbel, you can still recruit Jaheira and Aylin although I guess you’d lose wyll and Karlach
dont have too.. If Isobel is by Ketheric and she dies in that fight, then there is nothing.. AND!!! you still get Slayer. I know this because i wanted to save her there and failed XD
Now I wonder what happend if you killed all companions and destroy the brain at the end, is there still a party you come to ruin?
