I can run it at 2100mhz with NP. and I got the RTX 2060. both are good cards. but the New RTX 3070 ti is by far a better card. for me it's no rush. I'm not caving in and paying double MSRP. I can tell you when the prices will drop. Feb-March 2022. their pick prices for the Nvidia 3000 series will be right around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
if you take the "overall" performance it looks like about 15-17 % performance increase by 3060. but considering were not living in a normal world, and the prices of graphic cards have skyrocketed and are expected to rise even more by the end of 2021. I think I will stick my Rog Strix RTX 2060 ti.. BTW due to so many factors aside from Covid + bad weather and Huge demand both for CPUs and GPUs. and price scalping by big and small companies. prices expected to rise in just a few months. don't expect any "deals" this Christmas. there is also a shortage of CPUs. and it's only going to get worse before it gets better. thanks for video
@@Damian_h if you need to find a cheaper solution to graphics. if you own AMD AM4 MB with onboard HDMI. you might want to consider buying an APU like Ryzen 5700G. this way you don't need a GPU. at least until prices graphic cards will drop somewhere around March 2022 maybe April.

i5 10400f & 11400f are probably the best mid-high end budget cpu’s. Both are very good with the RTX 3060, but that’s probably it. Don’t go past a 2070S or 3060

I sold my 1660s for 450 usd and use the profit money and upgrade to 3060 and honestly, one of the best choice I’ve done!

@@freerealm1966 No, 10400f is pretty decent CPU, it has 6 physical cores and 12 threads. It's enough for most modern games even combine with RTX 3080.
I have a 1660 S. It always randomly jitters in games for no given reason. It can run them just, it buckles so much.
Uninstall your GPU driver with DDU and always check in "Disable Fullscreen Optimization" in game exe properties. Hope this helps...
