I’ve watched a ton of truck camping setups, and no joke - this is one of the most practical, and well thought out setups I’ve seen. It’s clear you use the truck, and know where things should be stored for easy access and all the little comfort things - fans, lights, other necessities. Well done! Please do a video of the truck cab as well.

I LOVE this! You've answered a lot of the questions I've had as far as removable storage and countertop. I can't build anything and was wondering how I could utilize something practical without having to buy a hammer. You rocked it! Love the decorations and your narration.

As Bob Wells would say, you have a GREAT "no build build." This is the best I've seen. EVERYTHING has a place and is planned out. I have solar light bulbs that I bought on Amazon- they're indispensable. For those things that use batteries, I use rechargeable and have a solar battery charger.

You have great organizational skills not just thinking everything through! I'm thrilled because it's a great set-up without having to build anything - which seems daunting to me! Thanks for your video! I can't tell you how much this helped me. I would love to see 'how to' stuff, like did you cut the screens for your windows? Nice. I used a similar approach for my Tacoma based "cap camper". Plastic storage bins and a small shelf along the passenger side. Organized, neat, weather/bug/vermin proof.
The Roll-a-Cot is the way to go...in the heat it breathes...I used a Thermarest pad on mine, then my bed bag. Very comfortable.
Having a simple tarp/canopy rig is nice to have...gives you some shade/rain shelter and a place to stand up in some degree of shelter. A 8x12' tarp and two extendable poles is easy to rig and store. The 8' side goes over your cap, secured by the corner grommets to your rear wheel fender area with bungee cords. Place and stake the poles out and your're done.
    Safe travels!

First of all, I've watched this video like 10 times and I've watched all your other camping videos too. They're my favorite truck camping videos and I can't wait to see more! I wanted to ask you about the screens on your windoors. I bought the same thing but different brand and the velcro that's attached to the screen is the Loop side, not the Hook side. Was it the same for the brand you bought? Did you attach the sitcky hook side around your windoors on the inside of the truck cap? Or were you able to just attach the screen right to the carpet inside the cap? I have that too but since the loop side is on the screen, it doesn't adhere to the carpet. I'm planning on borrowing many of your ideas. So original and practical, fun and cute! You go girl!

I have been watching truck camper setups for over a year.... Probably well over a 100 different people.... And everybody has their own style obviously..... It is a proven fact that while men come up with good ideas and they know how to put things together..... It is generally a woman that comes up with the finesse to make it look good and efficient.......
So I would have to say that this is the nicest setup I have seen yet..
And you could see very clearly that that was not feces in the bottom of the portable toilet... At 1st glance it looked more like dry corn...
You sound southern....plus the expression, "y'all "..... what state are you from??
Thank you for the video young lady..

I’ve watched a lot of camping/van life/trailer/overlanding videos, and the stuff that you’ve done with your truck is amazing. You’ve done stuff that I don’t think I’ve seen other people do but makes so much sense (e.g. the magnetic screens for the windows!!! I use that for my back door but on your truck/camper is genius, and I love the different lights you use including the colored lights). It all makes so much sense and looks so neat and cozy.
Also, the carpeting on the inside is genius. It keeps things quiet but also can be used for the Velcro - genius.
    Please make more videos!

Can’t believe how much these cost but willing to bite the bullet…possibly also the cot, SIZE AND WHERE YOU BOUGHT UT. Thank you so much! Best of luck and stay safe!

Those remote controlled LED strip lights, battery power or???? I want them for sure. I bought some motion sensor soft light for closets that I think will be good for seeing. They can be turned on by switch or motion. But I like the colors for chilling

Hey Mrs Dawn ❤️ I just stumbled across you and I am happy I did ❤️ you're so beautiful and I loved your video ❤️ I'm considering living In a vehicle so this was a Little inspiration for me ❤️ 🙏 can't hardly afford bills and rent anymore. It's literally draining me and I am a single black woman nearly making ends meet. I make enough to pay a bill and rent and pay to go right back to work and I'm broke right after I get my check. The cost of living is horrific 🙏 so I am trying to come up with a way that I can live on little to none and save my $ for expenses I really need. So thank you for this video sweet mama 😀 ❤️ much love to you from the Carolinas ❤️ you sound country like me ❤️
