I didn't think I'd ever be interested in getting a 3DS, but the XL looks pretty slick for $200 and now it's actually got a bit of a library out. I may be swayed sooner rather than later!
Contrary to what you may think, this is still work. They work pretty hard, that's why they "got it made."

Why would all of them need to know everything prior to a system launch? That would be just extra work for little gain if they can just hands on the device as soon as it comes out.
Not really, to avoid dividing the circle pad pro market, they would have to add in the dual trigger, so i could see the problem when it comes to thickness
It's kinda shitty that they didn't add another analog pad. There is certainly plenty of room for one.
Plus working very hard to get where they are.

Got my 3DS XL yesterday. Absolutely loving it - the screens are great, it's far more comfortable than the original and the design is nice. I would recommend it.
Jeff got that guap. The new 3DS looks cheap. From the home, start and select buttons, to the matte finish, to the stylus. I think this is Nintendo cutting costs on materials and making profit.
Now blindfold Jeff and take all his stuff.

These guys have got it made. They do fuck all for half the year, take days off whenever they need to, have an endless stream of free games and tech toys, and get paid thousands and thousands of dollars for it. Not to mention the CBS acquisition money from earlier this year, and that trickle of subscriber cash is almost certainly a nice cherry on top. A life of luxury built from playing video games and occasionally making videos and a podcast about them, talk about winning the life lottery.

The money aint good but the job is. They probably make like £15,000-20,000. Making about 50k and above then your doing good. I'm a pharmacist making i love my job.

Have to agree. The real hard work is from those people who actually make the games these guys review. Making a living from simply having an opinion about said games is a piece of piss (comparatively). Fair enough, if the critique is of good, insightful quality then there is definitely a place for critics, but most game 'reviewers' are just fan-boys and their personal tastes interfere too much. Strange how much power these people wield though!
