These cards are amazingly beautiful!!! I will pray for your friend, for Gods peace, comfort and strength and healing! Insurance companies should not be allowed to change a treatment that a doctor recommends because of money!!!!
My mother passed away in 2021 from small cell lung cancer. My mom was absolutely the STEONGEST human being I have ever known. God only gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. She approached her cancer with such bravery and grace. I would fall apart!! She is and forever will be my Super Hero!!
I really love to color like you. I am learning to do it better specially when I get really depressed. This is the first time I see you coloring. I want to learn to do it as you do. Thank you for what you do. I am a strong Christian and I want to help others too.❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

Those turned out gorgeous! ! Hope this upcoming auction raises enough that your friend won't worry about treatment. When my dad was battling lung cancer, I put together a bbq cook off with a raffle, silent auction, and 50/50 drawing. We raised enough money to pay all his co-pays and transportation costs for treatment. It's a ton of work, but the benefits of organizing these things far outway the stress/anxiety. I'm always down to help get benefits going!

Oh Kelly, first of all, I am so sorry your friend has to go through cancer treatments in the first place and the fact that the insurance company won’t allow her to have the treatment her doctor recommended is just reprehensible. I do love the cards fronts you created, they are just beautiful! I make cards for my local church and if this auction would be open to normal people, I would be happy to donate some cards. I think using the white pigment ink to create the Bokeh affect is far superior to using a colorless blender. Great tip Kelly!
These are all gorgeous Kelly, but the iris is just so so beautiful! I used to buy my mum irises when I was little after we'd had a row: it cost me 50 pence for an 2 irises and some gypsophila ...money well spent to see the smile on her face.
So irises are very special to me.

Wow, Kelly, those panels are absolutely incredible! I am so sorry to hear about what your friend, Tina, is going through. America's health insurance and pharmaceutical industries are cut from the same evil cloth. They play God with people's lives and it's so twisted and just plain wrong. Many, many lives would be saved if our health care system was modelled on Europe's and Canada's. It's nice that she has friends like you who are there for her. I will keep Tina in my prayers. Wow these card, art is stunning 👌❤️. Unfortunately I live in Denmark, so it may be difficult to buy them. I really hope she will get the medicine she need, and will be recovering and get rid of the stupid cancer. My thoughts and prayers go to her, and her family ❤️

I’m on a treatment that keeps me alive..
I have POMS.
The most severe form..
My treatment costs over $30,000 every six weeks.
My insurance (Medicare) pays for it, Praise God!
They pay just a fraction of the cost, but without insurance willing to pay for it, it would cost more than $30,000 per treatment!
It’s completely insane!
For someone never able to work, due to a pediatric onset neuromuscular disease, that would obviously be impossible for me to pay for!
It’s literally the only drug I can take for my disease.
Before this I had to be on long term chemotherapy and long term massive dose Solumedrol…
This has so very many complications!
God has been so very good to me, and He has a plan!

When I saw the colourful backgrounds (before you did the bokeh effect) I thought it looked like a sky with northern lights. Your cards are still beautiful but I loved those backgrounds.

I have been in a similar situation with medication being denied by my insurance company. It is infuriating and inhumane. I pray that she beats this and I look forward to the auction.

Love the backgrounds. I bet they’d look perfect for a Christmas village. Every year Humana calls me for a pharmacy review and every year I tell them I have a team of specialists and I am doing what they suggest and am on the medication I’m on for a reason. I’m not interested in your opinion of which medications I could be on cheaper. I will add Tina to my prayer list.

I am really truly sorry to hear about your friend Tina. I’m never sure what gives an insurance company the right to deny treatment that is an accepted course for a certain condition. Talk about messed up. I hate dealing with insurance companies…it’s like hitting your head against a wall.
How about masking the flower image, or make full background then cut out and add flower?
Would it be possible to still donate to your friends cause? As a woman who has MS I’ve had to fight for my medicines and medical rights. This woman need not worry about a darn thing right now. I’d like to help, even if it’s just a little bit. ❤
