We plan to buying new battery. 12v 150AH C10.
Normal battery.
Bed or tall battery.. which is best.
If you install solar panels then go for C10 Exide 159AH battery.

Off grid is best compared to off grid because govt office will get bribe if we put bribe amount in offgrid we can move for off grid. We want to get permission from EB for what kw we are installing.

Why is the panel installed at a less height?
Yes flat system space are common space . You should consult all flat owners. Install at less height will decrease drag force cause by wind and easy to clean.
Why we cannot use Solar systems without Battery & EB? Why can't we produce current & use it directly if the purpose is to use the current only during day time. I don't want to give current to EB & I wish to minimize cost by not setting battery as well. Is it possible?
No it is not possible. You need storage to get uninterrupted power.
