I've got a couple of Wizzard albums. See my baby jive. Ball park incident. Angle fingers. I wish it could be Christmas every day....etc. In the early 70's, there were so many interesting upcoming bands there was no way to see them all. I never saw the Stones, Moody Blues, the Who, or Boston, but I did see some very unique and extraneous bands....like Stone Axe and Wizzard. You kids today can keep your rap. No thanks.
It was recorded for ITV's "This Morning" programme at the former ITV Studios on the banks of the River Thames in London. In 2018 ITV moved to Television Centre in London, it was the former home of the BBC.
Roy wood is a legend
Why can't this song be a hit here in the U.S.? It would be great to see Pariah Carey get knocked down a few notches. Loved Roy since the Move.
The sad part is here in the USA nobody never herd this song. My friends love it. Go England it’s been to long time
Simply the best Christmas song EVER 😍
Yeah.
I've always been a Move fan. I knew back then that Roy was amazing!
Einfach super, Roy Wood
