1/32 oz beetle spins are great for bluegill. 1/32 oz maribou under a cork are great too. Various panfish flies under a cork as well
I tip all the hooks with a crappie nibble. I've also used the last 2" of a 4" finesse worm on a small jig. Any fish in the water will bit these rigs. Great advice Jimmy.
Another tip is get your jigs from a fly shop. You can get allot of small weights and small hooks that way. I've also texa rigged a real small tube jig or crawfish imitation with a #4 Aberdeen and a 1/16 or 1/32 slip sinker.
