The explosion that shakes the facility drops every employee’s sanity by 130 points, meaning employees with Prudence EX and ego gifts that increase SP can actually stay sane if this effect happens btw. The Qliphoth deterrence counter face turning into a frown releases every abnormality at once. Every clerk may panic or die too, this is to ensure a certain abnormality escapes for certain (Army in Black) Blood covering the screen drops every employee’s hp to 0. It’s simple but I love how it got different options to punish the player for clicking it.
My soul left my body when i heard the scream the first time in game If something's meant to scare me, it does a significantly better job when it looks, feels or sounds like it's not supposed to be in the game/feels out of place.
Funny thing: It never made me lose my equipped ego, out of the first 2 times doing it. Only in my second play through that I started recently, where I reset everything, did I actually lose my ego to it. Idk how I didn't the first two times, but uhh... I don't know how to finish this thought

I wouldn't upload any more playthrough videos unless I got like really popular and some time passed by. Funny thing about that, while this video in particular is uhh... 247 times more viewed than my second-most viewed video, and it's been a while. I discovered what this thing does in the deployment screen of all places. I just wanted to click on it to show that it was completely unknown as if I was streaming to some made-up audience (don't ask me why, I just do that), when suddenly the screen cracked.

It's a 1/3 chance between each of the 3 effects that happens. A couple other comments have more details about exactly what each effect does
