It's because judgement bird was afraid that the scale would tip to neither side, so therefore it made it tip to one side which means that no matter what you do, only all of your sins matter to the scale.

No. The items are references to the game itself, it existed way before item asylum, honestly, it’s a GREAT game, but it gets harder like real hard later on, but that’s part of it since you can reset to the beginning while keeping the weapons/armor (like that hammer thing with mouths thing.) I won’t spoil anything though, but it is a management game mixed with some strategy, so make sure you like it firstz
