I think you guys should get a real estate attorney because you have certain rights; first they can’t just kick you off after being there for 20 years; and that you’ve improved the property also gives you certain rights; the fact that your property has to be crossed to get to the other property also gives you dominate rights over that property 🤷🏻‍♀️

I believe your is right, it's time to sell stuff or scrap a bunch of it as you certainely dont have time to work on it.

This might be a sign…if you have to tow or pull all of your stuff off the property….you might want to start your spring cleaning. Now

28k miles on anything is NOT mint condition, especially a motorized bicycle that's ~15 years old.

How did she burn him? If he was putting his equipment on her land for free and not paying any sort of rent. Sounds like the he burned her.

He said he was renting from her in the beginning of the video!! so NO .. he didn’t burn her ..

Moving is always a chore, not least when so many vehicles and lots of building material you have on your ex-lot! But you seem to do fine!

Too bad about having to clear the lot. I feel your pain, we lived in a house for 32 years and then it was sold right under us. We were told by our landlord for years that we would own the house when they were ready to sale but business and money overcame our verbal deal after the owner died.

These are the parts of maintaining a successful business, that most people don't see. Too many people think success is inherited, or acquired by exploitation, but your videos show that it's teamwork, brains, and determination to finish the projects, that maintains success, and builds a good reputation.

When using the roll off truck you have to wait until the deck is in to the balance point before trying to lower it whith a heavy truck on it.

16:32 WOAH that looks like my very first vehicle -- '57 Ford Fleetside pickup, with (get this) a Buick 312 and a Mustang auto-trans. Don't ask me how the guy who sold it to me made it work, but it worked; and it was pretty damned powerful. It just needed a better steering sector; had a full turn of play in the steering wheel, which was a nail-biter on the freeway.

Moving all those vehicles is definitely quite the job. The only advantage you have is the small section of the property you own where you could store some of the vehicles. I also think the harley would be an excellent giveaway.
