I have been following this receipe for making semolina for the last three years. this is 100% accurate receipe for semolina or basbosa.
I am making it for past 2 days regularly in iftar n every time it turned out amazing
It is a Goan Portuguese recipe, We call it baath in Konkani. U will get this baath in Goa in any Catholic Bakeries. We Goans also make baath during Christmas. It tastes delicious.

A good recepie. I baked it today it turned out really good. If you are using size 7 eggs it will take only 35 mts to bake. Large eggs when used will take 45mts.
