I have tried the cake. It came out so well and it's yummmy. To all who are doubtful, even if we put the skin it doesn't taste bitter, but it has an excellent aroma and flavour to it. Just try it .☺️☺️

1 sweet orange, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
Blender, 2 minutes
Pour into bowl, and add
1 3/4 cup flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
Stir together, but do not overmix
4" x 7" baking mould
6" round baking mould
Pour batter into 2 prepared baking tins
Preheat oven at 180*C for five minutes
Then bake at 170*C for 35-40 minutes

Soak orange in vinegar and baking soda for 15 min then prush the skin well to remove wax and pesticides.brush it again with salt, Then soak again in clear water before proceeding with the recipe.
I just made the cake and it was just perfect! U get that amazing Orange flavour, not bitter at all, so spongy, soft and delicious..(the only diff. was I added only 1 teaspoon of baking powder instead of two)

Thanks for this wonderful recipe! Tried it, loved it! I baked it in an 8" round pan at 350 F for 35 min. I did add some vanilla sugar and pinch of salt.
Wasit not bitter cos of the orange peel? How about adding cinnamon?

1 orange (sweet, seedless, small)
Oil - half cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Eggs 3
Blend above in blender for 2 minutes
Flour 1 n 3/4 cup
Baking powder 2tsp
Fold the above dry ingredients with the blender mixture.
Bake at 170C for 35 to 40 mins.
You put too much baking powder. Reduce the amount. I would recommend half the amount

I have attempted with the full amount and none in my family touched it. When I tasted, it was horrible then I reduced the amount of baking powder and the cake was enjoyable!

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 no eggs/ 1/2 cup curd(for non egg version)
1 no whole orange remove seeds
Blend in fine paste
1 3/4 cup maida
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix thoroughly with wet paste bake for-
2 minutes on Midium flame
25-30 minutes on low flame

Don’t know why they don’t ….it’s more imp than background music ….
I tried it but turned out dry and little less sweet as per my taste . TIP: Make orange syrup by taking 1 orange juice then add honey 2 tbsp then warm this solution to mix honey well. Then prick cake with knife or toothpick and pour this mixture on the cake. It will moist the cake and enhance the taste.

half cup oil
3/4 th cup sugar
3 eggs
1 orange pieces
blend above ingredients
1 3/4 flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bakind soda
now bake at 180 for 30 minutes
