It's a good-looking new track you have put together, Micheal This one only has 2 small blind spots in it when compared to the huge one you had with the old track. Blind spots may not be easily avoidable, but small ones like you have on the new track mean that your car is not out of sight for as much of the lap as it was with the old track. Looking forward to seeing what your final track design will look like.
Hi Mark This track design is definitely better than the previous design. We will first try this one out extensively and then try one or two more before I want to settle on one. The only problem I currently have with this track is the 3rd corner consists out of 2 radius 1 curves and this is causing a lot of crashes, mainly by my son who like to drive the cars hard.. We will keep trying to smooth out these kind of things.. Thanks for your reaction
Nice new track configuration. Look forward to seeing your next circuit idea . Yes, that first corner could cause some problems being hidden from view 🤔 driving Carrera without the magnets can be fun ...some run ok some are terrible. You can play around with adding weight and also sometimes leaving just one magnet in can make the car fun to drive .of course, without the magnets, you might want to try different tryes too .I run 90%of my cars without magnets 🙂Greetings from Latvia...Harry
Is the length of the two tracks equal? It looks like the outside track is favored, because it's outside turns are faster than the outside turns of the inside track.
The lane lengths are equal, but your right that the outer lane is the faster one. In my first track, there was less of a difference between the lanes. And there the lanes where also equal.. So equal lanes length doesn't mean equal times..

With this small space it isn't essy to create a smooth driving track, but yes i think your on the right way.

I have a small space I could spare 8-9 feet long and 5 1/2 feet wide maybe 6 would this layout work !!
This lay-out is 5.9 feet wide by 10.6 feet long.
