No you are right, I have heard that too, that one has those shimmer particles, I am currently in the process of trying it so I purposely didn’t include it in the video. These kind of products take long time to show result so I am being patient right now.

I ordered that daily glow niacinamide and kokum butter moisturizer from purplle and then I checked that on the foxtale site but I didn't find it there till now. Then I realized that it could be fake because every brand's product are mentioned at their official site whether they are in stock or out of stock. I guess some shopping apps are selling wrong products by the thought of they are authentic may be!!!🙄

Start using Cetaphil foaming face wash/simple face wash. Double cleanse (wash face for 1 min complete) morning n night like 2 times a day. Use derma co pimple patch or any other suitable brand's every night after face wash n moisturizer. Apply as soon as you starts the acne, don't pop, so it will heal early n won't leave a mark. Use salicylic acid serum 2% every night or mask every week for acne.

Foxtale ceramide moisturizer is worst one I have ever used. I have such skin type that almost all brand suits me ..but this one was horrible..from very first application I felt itchy and after 2-3 applications I got several breakouts on my face ..worst product

Firstly have patience - de-pigmentation takes time. Depending upon the extent, it might take months. It would be good to consult a dermat but even without consultation ensure that the following ingredients are right there in your skincare routine - A potent Sunscreen (SPF 50 & PA++++), An antioxidant serum in the AM routine, Aziderm (10%) + a gentle beginner-friendly retinol on alternate nights, a lactic acid/AHA-based face wash. & do have lots of water.
