Price is the issue. The entire auto industry is smoking fentanyl to be asking for these inflated prices. Dealer markup, gov taxes + fees, interest rates. Who can buy these days. Regular men/woman (middle class) have been priced out
While I agree with price complaints, the middle class can still buy a modern full-size pickup. It’s just that the middle class has shrunk, and shifted up the spectrum as the low class has grown.
@ Great point. That is also a significant factor overall. 2018-2019, i was able to buy a fully spec’d out higher trim 1500 OTD w taxes+fees $44k. This needs to return.
European Hilux has a BULLETPROOF work horse diesel that is powerful and fuel efficient. I’m not against the v6 but man they have such a great diesel engine why don’t they bring it in North America.
@vasiliosbratsikas9227 The chicken tax is why, It's one of those ridiculous Regulations that officials in the us government are still trying to justify the existence of.
thats a ford/chevvy thing. toyota will never do that because their own concept is to make it a greener enivornment. why do they think they got rid of the v8 and switched to a v6. its for fuel economy
I bought my first 2024 Toyota Tundra. I must say that this is one of the best pickup trucks I’ve ever owned. It’s got amazing powertrain, the paint scheme is absolutely amazing, and the interior as well as the exterior appearance is amazing. It's very unique and distinctive. It’s just a beautiful pickup truck from every aspect, at least from my opinion.
“Backed by a rugged reputation of reliability and durability.” Tell that to the guys who’s engines broke down towing through a mountain pass because QA didn’t ensure the engines were properly cleaned prior to moving on in production.
Quite impressed witb Sequoia/Tundra as well. Toyota Tundra felt good. Already fitted it. Thanks for all the efforts. Impatiently waiting for 2025 TOYOTA 4RUNNER now.
Hmm. How about instead of ruining your complete truck line, you replace your CEO. Please get the old CEO back! At least he never ruined the company! Listen to your customers. We WANT OPTIONS not hybrids!
This video did not reveal the 2025 Tundra. It continuously showed 2022 - 2024 models. Very much a clickbait. I have a '22 Tundra and I was hoping to actually see a reveal of the '25 Tundra...
I have a 2022 sr5 4x4 and I love it ❤ runs flawlessly,Toyota says I’m getting a new engine,I wonder if it will start the warranty over again ,as I paid for the 10 yr 100k bumper to bumper ,but I love the power ,quiet smooth ride 👍👍👍
You will get a 1 year/ unlimited mile warranty on the repair they do. If you have an extended warranty that will take over after that. But it doesn't extend the terms of your warranty. If they keep the truck for a long time, the warranty should extend that time but good luck getting that
Do what u did at sema with the Tacoma ( added a v6) but this time put a roaring v8 in the tundra Also do what Chevy did with the avalanche/ sinverado ev with that back end drop it’s perfect since you already have the drop down glass
Can TOYOTA please highlight features new vs what’s been done the past number of years?.. Where the performance pack? Where’s the wifi trailer camera to center display?
Can someone explain to me why they only design 4-door trucks now. I don't even use the rear seats in my car that often. I just want a small utility truck. I don't need a tank to park at Walmart
They forgot to tell us if they fixed the engine from blowing up and wind noise around the doors and should we trust the air bags to deploy on the curtain sides ??? Toyota needs to lower price and hold a press conference with it’s loyal customers to help us feel better about a Toyota purchase if not the Big three have the stage as always
HEYTOYOTA! Contact me. My first Toyota was a 1970 Land Cruiser back in 1971. Seven Land Cruisers later (still own a 1979) and now into my second Tundra (first was a 2000 and currently drive a 2020 TRD PRO) In one hour I can tell you exactly what you need to do to re-gain your position in the US truck/suv market. It will cost you very little and will pay major dividends.
I will be going live Friday September 20 at 4pm Eastern Time- to talk about a letter I wrote to Koji Sato and the response and gratitude gift I received from Toyota Of Japan❤
Do you people really want turbos and hybrid batteries to maintain ontop of everything else you had to take care of, really people? The future should mean less to maintain, not more. Toyota is going crazy.
Needs front recovery hooks and a proper inverter system in the bed, 400 watts in a hybrid truck is a big drawback. Also a front locker or disconnectable front sway bar
I have a 2023 1794… I absolutely loved the truck. Until I hear about all the engine problems and fit and finish problems. I feel like they almost got it right. If it had toyota reliability I would stand by this tundra to the end of the earth. But unfortunately it has reliability issues as with all their turbo engines
There will be engine and transmission problems . Toyota has lost it way ,and put profits over quality, and the Toyota Tacoma has its share of problems ,but what do you expect, it is built in Mexico where they only pay around 2 to 4 dollars per hour allegedly, and quality control doesn't exist.
Wait ✋️....so still no classic V8 as an option? Even Ford has it as an option. TSS 2.5? Even Corolla has TSS 3.0, like what? In other markets you make the LandCruiser 70 still to this day! Keep some of the classic stuff here that works!
New engine is fixed and no more problems?
Except that stupid turbo and the loss of two cylinders. Dumbest thing Toyota has ever done
Doubt it…
@@lancelemay6971 I think is fix
There was nothing wrong with the engine, there were metal shavings that got in the engine during manufacturing. Problem was solved.
@@buzman1985 I meant to say the new engines are clean 🧼 lol

That’s over with dude get over it. V8 will be the thing of the past now.
I know many people who regret that they bought the new Tundra’s. They are trying to trade their off because of engine failures. The new v6 sux.
Idk I love mine with 0 problems this far and I know a few other people who love theirs as well

We love an OMG moment! 😍
they are ugly
If this truck is so good why is Toyota offering me to 25000 for my 2015 limited with almost 200,000 mi on it 😂
Because they know how valuable they will be compared to the turbo models…
Same with my used Highlander

Yup the new CEO is bringing Toyota down big time. He needs to go.
I totally agree!!!
Your should blame the government for putting these stupid restrictions on vehicles these companies are basically forced to make the neutered trucks

Bring back v8 😢@@toyotausa
Soon✅😊
People would be more happier with the V8 brought back. Why the push for turbocharged smaller engines? Not as reliable as naturally aspirated
The 5.7 v8 wasn’t as reliable as you think when it first came out lol
Blame the EPA
Emissions regulations. Do your research. All manufacturers moving to smaller displacement for emissions.
