- Have you tried the NEW Cantu Acai Berry line? I was so impressed with the Cantu Smoothing Flaxseed line that I just had to give Acai Berry a try. Can lightning strike twice?? We shall see. Cantu has a slew of brand new curly hair products and I've heard some good and some not so good. I had to find out for myself.

I believe drug store curly hair products can work just as well as high end products IF your hair likes them. I purchased the CANTU Acai Berry Revitalizing Curl Activator and the CANTU Acai Berry Revitalizing Gel from Walmart. The total for both was less than $15, which is great considering the sizes of the products.
I was curious to see just how well the Acai Berry REVITALIZING products would work on my fine natural hair. Would they really revitalize my hair and curls?

About my hair...
I have fine, chemical-free hair. Chemical free means no relaxer...no color...no nothing. :) I mainly wear my fine, natural hair in TWIST OUT styles. For me, twist outs are a protective style that have allowed me to retain length while enjoying wearing my hair 'out.'
I also love for my fine natural hair to have lots of bounce, curls and volume!

Hi NC!!! On camera it does look really pretty. I agree with you on too much gel. The longer my hair is. the less gel I can use. Your hair looks so pretty. I hope you continue to experiment with your wash and go hair. Great prices for the products. I have not tried that line, but I love cantu.

Yaaaay!! Wash and Go! You know I love it and they are working sis! I don’t use Cantu products anymore but I use to. It wasn’t that it didn’t work , I just moved on to new products. I use to use the activator cream, and the curling cream. I did try one of the gels but I really didn’t like what it did. Your hair looks good and it’s so fluffy. You know I’m excited for you friend! I’m biased because I’ve been rocking wash and go’s before they were given a name in the early early 90s😜🤣

Thanks for sharing a review of these Cantu products. I didn't use Cantu for a long time and then I came across their Avocado Gel not too long ago at my Walmart and I love the results I get from that gel. My Walmart doesn't stock the other varieties of their gels so I haven't tried this Acai version, but I have repurchased their Avocado Hydrating Gel.
Keep working with the wash and go! It’s pretty on you. I agree last week’s wash and go was more defined. You got this!

I'm a betting woman and I put $20 on me not seeing many twist outs from you this summer.😉 You are going to find the perfect combo and you will be sold on wash and gos. Especially in the summer because they don't sweat out as much as twist outs do. Your hair looks good. I love a little frizz mixed with definition...gives it character. Try using the leave in from the first combo with the ACAI gel and see if you get better results. tfs

It still looks great, but the smoothing flaxseed line had your curls poppin!! I love how much volume you get, and it does look very soft and fluffy ❤️❤️

Hi beautiful, I didn’t know Cantu had an açaí line. Also I find Cantu is hit & miss in my hair. I like some & Im not a fan of others. I have fine hair too. Your hair looks beautiful but I have to check last week with the other Cantu products. FW & have a great weekend

I think it still turned out wonderful!!!! I used to use Cantu products all the time back in the day then I switched to other products.(product junkie problems lol). Have you tried miss Jessie’s? Those may make your wash and gos pop too. Have you tried Rucker roots curly line? Do a review on that if/when you do. Thanks for your honest review
