Pan Fujisan - Fujisan Bread

Aprende a elaborar el tradicional Pan Fujisan. Este pan podemos encontrarlo bajo el nombre de Fujisan Bread (富士山面包), Mt Fuji Swirl (เม้าท์ ฟูจิ สเวิร์ล), dependiendo en la zona donde lo encontremos; Malasia, Tailandia, Filipinas, China o incluso Australia. Hay una cadena de panadería llamada BreadTop que sirve este dulce hojaldrado en los dos formatos, se pueden encontrar sin relleno o con un relleno de crema, mermelada de coco y pandan.
Su aspecto está inspirado en el Monte Fuji en Japón, de ahí que tome su nombre.

This bread can be found under the name of Fujisan Bread (富士山面包), Mt Fuji Swirl (เม้าท์ ฟูจิ สเวิร์ล), depending on the area where we find it; Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, China or even Australia. There is a bakery chain called BreadTop that serves this sweet puff pastry in both formats, they can be found without filling or with a filling of cream, coconut jam and pandan.
Its appearance is inspired by Mount Fuji in Japan, hence their name.
