- Learn how to do this easy aerial silks drop with this easy-to-follow tutorial. Knee drops can be done on an aerial silk with a knot or an aerial hammock. This aerial move can be modified to be done with just one knee wrap or more! In this video we demonstrate how to do it with two wraps! This drop can be done at home on your portable aerial A-frame rig so you can stay circus fit at home with our online training!

We got our silks from our online shop. It is currently unavailable at the moment though. An online search should bring some up from other aerial equipment providers :)

I did it and it really hurt my leg any drops that are like this one but wont hurt?

It hurts
