    Using their first book I borrowed from the library I made the Fougasse and used roasted tomatoes for the filling. Yum! I just bought the second new edition and can't wait to get baking!

    I want to try the crock pot method for baking. However, my crock pot is oblong not round. Will that make a difference? My other option is my Instant Pot on slow cook, but the inner bowl is not ceramic. I'm afraid that will make a difference. Thoughts?
