This fall they're out with a brand new book with their absolute favorite recipes, "The Best of Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day". They stopped by Good Day to explain their revolutionary method to make bread in just five minutes a day.
Personally, I use a flat Rubbermaid 2.5 gallon food storage container I've drilled 2, 1/4" inch holes in the lid. Fits better in the fridge.

But what about the health benefits of sourdough? Does this still have it?

If you're making regular flour sourdough, there's gonna be less gluten in it, and it has the good bacteria for our guts. Still, it does the same (good bacteria) with Gluten-free flour. The benefits are in the fermentation process.
So this is in the "best of" book but what book is this recipe in, originally?
