The Grudge Of Drong holds a special place in my heart. The Campaign is a real hoot on the Ol' Tabletop! I have found that, if the participants are old enough, it helps if the Dwarf players have access to some beer... while the Elf players have a bottle or two of wine available; before, during, and after the campaign. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! I'm looking forward to seeing you doing, "The Grudge Of Drong"!
I randomly found this battle report in white dwarf again last week after digging it out of my loft. Would love to see a battle report (or series on it) makes me consider starting a dwarf army…
I'm definitely planning on playing all four missions through and filming them as battle reports, and then also maybe trying playing them using the Old World rules as well. Check out the Crown of Command channel in the meantime though, he's been playing through Tears of Isha and his armies are utterly stunning!
The brewery building were a pain to glue together. The drunk and wounded dwarf models were pretty cool and this was the greatest of all the campaign packs.
@@ArmouryTerrain I have that brewery building in my future... Which given how "well" my attempts to build the cardstock scenery from the 5th edition box went.....
Looking forward to another episode of glued fingers when assembling terrain. Also, looks like you could do with some more shelves in that miniatures cabinet. Wouldn't mind having a peek in there.
I've been asked in the past to do an army showcase video, so maybe I will do that at some point. It currently has my 5th edition Empire, Bretonnians, and Dwarfs in there, plus a shelf full of Nids and some knights down the bottom.
@@90percentgeek Maybe you could have a miniature of the week, if there are any stories to tell about models, tales of heroism or incompetence on the battlefield, the circumstances in which the model came into your collection, what you like about it, etc.
Queen Helgar is among the MtO models according to the Adepticon article on Dwarfs (from March 21st). Not in the upcoming first wave apparently: "On top of that, yet further into the future, there are five more sets of mighty Dwarfen legends to be Made to Order. These include a set of five metal Lords, three metal Runesmiths, four metal Dragon and Daemon Slayers, one metal Dwarf Queen, and a Lord, Thane, and Standard Bearer in resin. We can’t show them currently, but these exquisite miniatures will be very familiar to Dwarf players of a particular vintage." But still, she will return! I wish the same was true for the other campaign characters - and the drunken Dwarfs... And never trust an Elf!
I've got a radio mike that is better, but I keep forgetting to charge its batteries. Plus I do have a habit of yelling when over excited (which is quite often!). I'll work on it though, thanks for the constructive criticism.

Oooo, what relief! I need to get back into my Dwarves. I've had distraction after distraction in my modelling. I've got to sort out some Fimir first.

@@90percentgeek my suggestion is to glue blocks into the corners as the cardboard is very thin and dose not give you much to glue to.
