The output from the DC to DC regulator will always be voltage regulated. The output from the transistor is not regulated. You will need to modify the DC to DC converter so its feedback loop is taken from the emitter of the 2N3055 if you want a voltage regulated output.
How about add a 5K VR at B point so that the voltage can be adjust as we need... I also want to add something to make the current adjustable... And at the end point, I want to add a shot circuit protection module...

The buck converter is protected vía the 22 ohm resistance. Here the negative pole would need extra beefing though, for those high amp needs, since the printed circuit of the buck converter obviously is not ready for such high amp levels.

Not through buck converter but direct from the source, i use buck just for regulations purpose
If a replece the NPN Transistor (3055) with PNP (2955) cant it work as it?
how we connnect the pin ?....are the same?
Converter output is positive so only NPN transistor can be used, because positive current required to trigger NPN transistor

Try with an Arcol Metal clad resistor 300W of 4.7 ohms.
On and on, we could keep on exchanging lower resistors with higher wattage for a while for higher output to a limit.
