I use a neo mag everyday, only carry a mag and flashlight in that pocket so nothing can work it’s way into the magazine. Has worked very well for me, it’s way more comfortable than having an iwb mag.

I usually carry horizontal OWB. But when I have to tuck in my shirt, the neomag is my go to.
