If I cannot eat my favorite foods along with healthy foods , the lifestyle will not last for me. I don’t want a life of deprivation. Thanks for being real.
I have lost 55# in over a year following Jackie the whole time. I too eat a variety of foods, including ice cream.
I love IF! I was on a carnivore diet for four years and yes, got to my goal weight, but oh how I missed eating other foods. Recently I have switched to IF, specifically OMAD, and love eating again. I still eat a ton of steak but can now have broccoli, salad, and chocolate chip cookies too. So happy!!
You are so honest in telling it like it is for your eating windows and chosen foods. You make very good points and don't try to push your eating lifestyle on others. Thank you for all of your encouraging videos!

I have a Mexican Coke made with real sugar EVERY DAY with my meal. It makes the fasting worthwhile. It’s just what’s important to me.
Your what I eat in a day videos are what got me to do this lifestyle. Do I try to eat healthy? Yes. Do I feel guilty when I enjoy the “junk” food? Nope! I don’t have to think about calories anymore or exclude food groups and that is the most freeing experience I’ve ever had. I’m eating when my body tells me it’s truly hungry and that works out to be anywhere between 18 and 22 hours of fasting. It’s effortless and it’s because of your videos. Thank you!
It's interesting, I especially like when you show the timer. It's great that the window can shift around based on schedule.

...but you never ever binge eat. Portion control is the key in Intermittent Fasting and I think that's where most people struggle with OMAD.

I love you Jackie. I totally envy your eating lifestyle. I do OMAD, but unfortunately can't be as flexible with the foods I eat, coz of health/gut issues. But I still learn lots from watching your videos and embracing your go with the flow attitude. 👍

I have always been a big volume eater
My problem was i ate that way 3 meals a day. I heard about intermittentfasting. I applied it in my life and now I'm Omad one meal a day . I look so forward into eating my one meal. Thank you for your Encouraging videos. I feel now that i have food freedom. Measuring and counting calories Were stressing me out. Once again thank you !

Is Omad effective for sustained lower blood sugar levels? A1C? Im trying to figure out this whole new healthy journey world. I love IF. Im trying to fix blood sugar too though. Any thoughts?

I almost do like the glucose goddess I drink electrolytes with apple vinegar then have veggie protein befor my mail meal not so much because if it works lol but I enjoy that way

yes!! I have wonderful readings and very rarely go above the suggested level of 140
How quickly or slowly did you lose your weight? Did you maybe lose it faster at the beginning and then it slowed down? Did you have times when the weight wouldn't budge? Did you weigh regularly, or only every so often?

Can you have apple cider vinegar and water while you’re fasting?
It depends on your fasting style or what you want to do, really.
Clean fasting: black coffee, plain water, maybe tea.
Dirty fasting: coffee with half and half, la croix sparkling water, apple cider vinegar and water, bone broth, diet soda.
If apple cider vinegar and water is going to make it easier for you then have it. You can always change it, do adjustments as needed. I hope this helps.
The key is do you feel hungry 30 minutes after having the apple cider vinegar. If you do, then your body is telling you that you broke your fast. It wants more food.

I’m fine with your videos but there are a lot of them and when I’m fasting I have to scroll on really quick. They are a trigger for sure
