I hope monolith somehow can remake Xenogears and make it complete one day. I'm older now but I can still remember the feeling of dissappointment playing disc 2 of that game.
If monolith x bamco x Nintendo wanted to remake saga, Xenosaga 1&2 can be the source of the story, that game is fixed all the flaw story in Xenosaga ps2
Monolith soft should consider giving us Remakes of XenoGears & Xenosaga It would really be cool to see new fans be introduced to them in modern day graphics and mechanics & expand the Xeno Lore
@@M.N.9 I'm always very critical when it comes to things like that, but it never struck me as negative. I found Chronicles 1 and 2 much worse. I played Chronicles 1 via Dophin Emulator and cheated a little towards the end 😅, and I had Chronicles 2 set to easy, but I was still never able to beat the final boss because it took such an incredibly long time.
@@DorkanDorkistan i recently played all of xenosaga, and like, episode 3 enemies and all bosses had a LOT of hp, it took for me like 40 minutes to beat some bosses near the end. Episode 2 was pretty weird, but i enjoyed that it was easy to break, basically you can one shot every boss pretty easily with the right combination, the problem is that it's basically the only thing you can do. And episode 1 is meh, it's fine by itself, it feels like a movie and it's good by me. Chronicles is really not that hard after you get how chain attack works, i am still playing xenoblade 2 so idk about the others! Also Xenogears was amazing for ps1
Kinda sad to see they never managed to top Xenogears with the rest of the spiritual successors, which itself was inferior to Chrono Trigger by the same team a few years earlier. Xenosaga felt short and shallow and while Xenoblade games are impressive in scope, the narrative and writing are quite dissapointing.
