ECW was so good and fun to watch Sabu an RVD being I'm from Detroit got me into the promotion but The Dudleys were awesome the promos plus they could all work in ring really good as well, man I miss the old ECW.
That's real clever.. Whoever was behind this creation of this stable deserves recognition?? I wish it went into the WWF as such but you know.. least the Dudley Boyz and Spike made it in the WWF/E..
Billy and Bart were the NEW Long Riders, kayfabe cousins and each a son of one of the original Long Riders, Scott “The Hog” Irwin and “Wild” Bill Irwin (who was The Goon in WWF).
Growing up in Pensacola even in the 90s you knew Don Fargo the pro wrestler and artist. There are still some beach scene mural he painted years ago on buildings around town a truely talented individual
Jimmy Valiant has a wrestling school near me. Trained there for a bit several years ago, but life got in the way. Still go by every now and then to catch their shows.
There was actually five kayfabe Fargo brothers Jackie,Don,Sonny,Roughhouse and Johnny who went on to a great career as Greg The Hammer Valentine, real son of Johnny Valentine.Old school southern rasslin fans definitely remember the Fargo brothers.
Based on the reasons you give for your rankings, I understand why they didn't make it, but as a Texan, I would have liked an honorable mention for the Von Erich's, who started off as a kayfabe family (Fritz and Waldo, back when Germans, not Russians were still the go to bad guys), and ended up becoming a much larger, REAL family.
The Dudley's run from a goofy comedy clan to a serious legitimate threat (maintaining some edgy comedy aspects) is incredibly entertaining to watch transpire over the course of their entire ECW run.
I heard one time if WWE could have gotten Abyss to sign with them he would have been the third brother of destruction which I think would have been awesome.
I’ve met Abyss and honestly he wouldn’t be a good fit for WWE; not because he’s unskilled, far from, but the dude’s salt of the earth. He’s too pure for WWE.
@@Lenoh I just like the idea of there being a third brother of destruction. I even have a few wrestlers who could have been. One in mind is Mil Muertes who wrestles for Lucha Underground. While Paul Bearer was on a tour in Mexico he had a fling with a woman there and because he was Bearer's illegitimate son he ended up having similar powers to the Undertaker. I know it sounds silly, but I just like coming up with what if scenarios.
You know, I’ve been a fan of his since back in the early Bullet Club, but it had never occurred to me that Karl Anderson had that name as a connection to Arn and Ole.
Even though the feud mentioned at 1:37 was cut short due to injury, Billy and Bart faced each other at the height of DX when the Outlaws faced the New Midnight Express (Bart with Bob Holly) on either a RAW, Shotgun or Heat taping (I watched a video of said match a couple of months ago but can't recall which show).
At 80 years old, Jimmy Valiant still wrestles occasionally. Also, Mankind is part of the Brothers of Destruction's family. He called Paul Bearer his uncle Paul.
For the Valiants, it's Luscious Johnny/Handsome Jimmy. What about the Garvin family? Terry, Ronnie, and Jimmy? Plus the Midnight Express were twin brothers from different mothers. 😆
Johnny Valiant became a stand up comedian. His story about a naked Andre the Giant being "bored" at 3 a.m. was hilarious. Nikita Koloff became a minister. He gave a sermon at my church as a guest in 2003. He hung around after the service and told stories about how far he went, to keep kayfabe. Some of it was funny. Like when an elderly lady that had known him all of his life, called him out for pretending to be "a commie" in a store.
When I saw the title of this program I wrote down my 10 guesses and I did pretty good but missed number 1, after I thought about it for 30 seconds I realized you were spot on, great job
Grandma Edna was real. She never wanted to talk to Christian because she knew he wasn’t her real grandson. Also, they were in 3 tlcs. Episode of smackdown may 2001
The backyard fed I was in during my younger days planned on continuing the Dudley clan. We had High Chief Dudley from the Tripical Isle of Dudleyville. He was our monster. We wanted to have our announcer, Ronald Johnson Esq., pull double duty as Big Daddy Dudley.
Edge said in his book that Christian and he were sitting in a restaurant and the waiter recognized them. The waiter told them “Your guy’s dad comes in here all the time.” Edge broke the news to the waiter that they weren’t really brothers and Edge as actually never met his real dad.
I had the honor of meeting Jimmy Valiant at his wrestling school here in Virginia. Really cool dude and epic beard. Had a great conversation with him and got to see his collection of memorabilia.
8:02 Retired? He was a big villain in Memphis and became King James Valiant for Lord/Judo Al Hayes before really making it big as the babyface Boogie Woogie Man Jimmy Valiant in JCP and other Southern territories. He also popped up as a ringiside helper during Johnny & Jerry's 1979 WWF tag title run
I will never understand why they stopped billing Edge & Christian as brothers but at the same time I'm glad Christian doesn't have to deal with being "Edge's less successful brother" to the average fan
The Dudleys are the reason I got into ECW, so seeing the thumbnail with all of them together really makes me happy.
I love The Dudleys
Best tag team ever ❤
They were the greatest gang of heels, from top to bottom, in wrestling history.

@@fifedogg511 man the rivalry between RVD and Sabu over the TV title was incredible
The Dudley's backstory is honestly an incredibly clever way of pairing a bunch of completely different looking people as a clan of half-brothers. 😂🤣
I bought it 😂
In some villages this is not a story, it‘s tradition.😂
That's real clever.. Whoever was behind this creation of this stable deserves recognition?? I wish it went into the WWF as such but you know.. least the Dudley Boyz and Spike made it in the WWF/E..
Raven gave the idea.
@@kenrickkahn
Fun fact about the Dudley's that wasn't even mentioned but The Bushwhackers are also part of the family being "cousins"
Personally shocked that Kurt Angle and Jason Jordan aren’t on this list.
Unless… they really are family?! 😮
I love that even Pacitti couldn’t keep a straight face while claiming that Pro Wrestling fans aren’t nerds
I noticed that. I heard that voice crack and I just burst out laughing. Adam knows that's a load of shit.😂
Ohhhh man!!! Watching Crash and Bob go at it as “Super heave weights was so awesome!!!
I had a huge crush on Molly too!!
My childhood ended the day I found out that Mama Benjamin was not in fact Shelton Benjamin's mother.
Damn. I thought she really was😮
You guys aren't serious, are you? You know we aren't all related, right? 😅
That was Thea Vidale. She's a stand up comic and had her own sitcom like 10 years earlier.
I love the way Adam pronounces Graham. That extra A is hilarious!
Billy and Bart were the NEW Long Riders, kayfabe cousins and each a son of one of the original Long Riders, Scott “The Hog” Irwin and “Wild” Bill Irwin (who was The Goon in WWF).
Thank you for the information. Appreciated
Just for the record, Scott & Bill were real life brothers.
Taker and Kane have to be #1
Nope
Undertaker the most over rated wrestler of all time
😂 😂 😂
Nope. No matter how legendary Undertaker and Kane had their individual careers, both together didn't do anything to deserve to be even in top 3.

Well too bad no one asked
They sure did!! I'd forgotten about that
What about cousin Lance, who wasn't related to them at all?
@@TrippieFox Actually, I did, and I'm now interested.
What do you mean Bubba and D-Von aren't really brothers? They look so alike 😂

smh this list has a stunning lack of the ezekiel and elias family
well yeah the list is for KAYFABE families.
ezekiel, elias & elron are really brothers ;)
That's not a kayfaybe family brother, that's a real family
AND DATS A DAMN SHAME, CAUZ WE ALL KNOW DEY COME FROM A RATHER FAMOUS MUSICAL FAMILY...SMH! 😉🤣

King of the ring 1998
I absolutely loved the first iteration of bubba the stutter the goofy lip smile all of it was just shenanigans and comedy gold I'll die on that hill
Fargo invented the strut that Flair , Jarrett and everyone else does !!!
Controversial Opinion But Dixie Carter and Ethan Carter III (EC3)
EC3 said in a backstage segment Dixie’s kids called him Uncle Ethan and he’s like I’d be their cousin 😂
At 80 years old, Jimmy Valiant still wrestles occasionally. Also, Mankind is part of the Brothers of Destruction's family. He called Paul Bearer his uncle Paul.
Abdullah the Butcher was still “wrestling” until he started showing up to his bookings with a walker!!
Foley also called Goldust “Mommy” which was pretty creepy.
Best to just not think about it.
Brothers of Destruction is no 1 in the list . Hands down
nope
I would go with Dudley family but the brothers of destruction are definitely my #2
The Anderson
Karl Anderson is my favorite
I like MR
The Fargos being on this list is some classic Adam "Lou Thesz is my favourite wrestler" Pacitti material
Honorable mention: Elias and Ezekiel
They are real family
they are totally related.
I appreciate that Adam couldn't stop his voive from cracking during his "serious wrestling channel" rant.
4:25 glad you used the take where Adam almost broke, guessing it was the best one.
I remember reading that Billy Gunns real name was "Monty Sopp"... I still don't believe it 20 years later.
For the Valiants, it's Luscious Johnny/Handsome Jimmy. What about the Garvin family? Terry, Ronnie, and Jimmy? Plus the Midnight Express were twin brothers from different mothers. 😆
Ain't no way I just saw a Sister Sledge reference in a wrestling video.
Great video, got to reminisce in some great times of prowrestling, and learned of new ones.
you forgot the most famous Fargo, Johnny"Greg Valentine" Fargo
I was deeply saddened to know edge and Christian was not brothers as well taker and kane
When so first watched wrestling, I legit thought that Kane and Undertaker were siblings too 😂
My friend didn’t believe Dusty, Dustin and Cody Rhodes we’re actually related till 2019 lol
Does your friend have some manner of face blindness? Like, just looking at them you can tell they're related.

There’s also Fargo, North Dakota, but I get your point, Parcheesi.

Kane played with big bro Undertaker's Hot Wheels WITHOUT permission!? No wonder he's the Devil's favorite demon, the evil evil man.😂
Jinder Mahal was Khali’s brother in law or something at first
Pre Bros of Destruction, you could technically throw Mankind into the mix as at one point he would called Paul Bearer, Uncle Paul.
Wrestling has more than 1 kayfabe family
Dances with Dudley is a hilarious name 😭
Cultaholic Wrestling History Class? Yes please!
Wow. The Anderson family just blew my mind🤯
Grandma Edna was real. She never wanted to talk to Christian because she knew he wasn’t her real grandson. Also, they were in 3 tlcs. Episode of smackdown may 2001
When I hear "Spike Dudley," I think of the unscripted crowd surfing incident in the match with Bam Bam.
I like how the thumbnail doesn’t even have any of the original Dudley brothers group
I genuinely thought Arn and Ole Anderson were really related...
Karl Anderson took me out 😂
Needs Ken Anderson…ANDERSON
The Heenan Family! LOL
I grew up not far from Memphis where wrestling was huge in the old days and I heard about the Fargo's my whole life and still do from my older family
Edge said in his book that Christian and he were sitting in a restaurant and the waiter recognized them. The waiter told them “Your guy’s dad comes in here all the time.” Edge broke the news to the waiter that they weren’t really brothers and Edge as actually never met his real dad.

The dude with the hammer and sickle through the bald eagle clutching the arrows is a great tattoo and really selling the bit.

I hope Edge and Christian make it!
The Bolder brothers. The Hulkster and Beefer with matching moustaches.
Boulder Brother.... As in big rock things.
Dances With Dudley was always my favorite Dudley just for the name. Also Sign Guy Dudley.
Dudleys always made me think of a wrestling loving family that found a genie and made a wish
Every time I say *"I'm over wrestling"* ... this channel!
It's wild hearing how you pronounce "Graham" like "Gray ham"
10:55 and to think Matt Morgan almost became a 3rd Brother of Destruction (just found outa few days ago. And he & Cornette rejected it)
How could you leave out the Moondogs (Rex, Spot &King) or... Jules and Jay Strongbow?
Or the Steamboats
4:26 A wild Pacitti character break⁉️
Edge and Christian have known each other long enough that they are brothers
9:45 Ric in Kayfabe is OLE'S Cousin, not ARN's and Ole Anderson was born Al Rogoski Adam
There's the Samsons as well: Elias, Ezekiel, and Elijah.
Hearing you call it “The Holly Dynasty” makes me disappointed we haven’t got a new Holly member by now jus to keep it goin 😅
Watched wrestling my whole life but never knew Edge and Christian were kayfabe brothers.
Adam Pacitti, the best Adam making wrestling list based content on You Tube. Fight me!

Dances-With-Dudley is my Spirit Animal.
I was scared that the brothers of destruction weren't gonna make it. Well deserved number 1
That is weird to see Billy Gunn's body from back when he was younger. I thought he was always a jacked up juice monster.
At one point Edge & Christian were going to be Uncle & Nephew, with the former being the laters Uncle.
by far the Von Erichs are the best ever!
Weren’t they a real family?
Aside from Lance Von Erich, they were legit related.
