    Hi ms lyqa, I recently quit my job bec of my boss is a micromanager. I did your tips as in lahat. And sa isang mali sobra sya nagalit. I gave my best para matapos ko ung pinapagawa nya kahit na kulang training ko sa project na pinapagawa nya. 3 wks ko tinapos including weekends w/out pay. I overlook one of her messages saken. And ang end result tinawag nya basura ung work ko plus kung ano2 pa massakit n salita. No amount of apology appeased her. So I remained silent na lang. Ayaw din nya magsa suggest sa kanya kc pkiramdam nya pinangungunahan mo sya. Plus, nang hindi ako makasama sa “personal” event nagalit sya sobra. Nai relate pa nya sa trabaho ko kahit wala namang kinalaman. Sobra masakit sya magsalita not only to me but to everyone. Now, being an HR officer I could not tolerate her behavior. So, I decided to resign. What she did next was horrible bec she demoted me (floating status), bad mouthed me sa directors ng comp nmn. Sa labat ng ginawa nya I remained silent and apologized sa mga mistake ko na hindi nya tinanggap. Anonpo ang ma comment nyo as an HR professional and coach? Salamat

      Nothing is more important than your mental health. Don’t feel bad about leaving the company.

      Pareho po tayo ng situation pero mas mahirap para sa akin being a NEET suffering from social anxiety just starting to integrate myself into the working world after being a shut-in for the past years. Kahit na mas marami kang nagawang tama but if you make one single mistake (even if its not a catastrophic one) may masasabi talaga silang masakit sayo na parang namemersonal. Pero sa mga nagawang tama ni wala nman silang kahit na anong compliment.

    coach lyka.. para na syang root. cause analysis.. pero what i learned to this video.. not only your boss or managers will do the root cause analysis or 3 level of whys.. dapat din pala mga subordinates din.. 🤗 🤗... repeat and rephrase is very effective.

    I watched this video kasi sa tingin ko medyo related ito sa naging experience ko sa workplace. I'm a fresh grad and newly hired. Almost 2 months pa lang ako sa company. What I've encountered is hindi sa boss pero sa consultant ng company, since nasa audit ako, siya rin ay audit pero consultant. Hindi ko masabi kung micromanager ba siya pero yung naging struggle ko sa kanya is kapag may ipapagawa siya sa akin, malabo siya mag-explain tapos ang bilis pa niyang magalit lalo na kung kapag may ika-clarify lang ako kasi nga malabo siya mag-explain. Tapos one time sobrang simple lang ng pinapagawa niya, na-gets ko naman pero para sa kanya mali kasi iba yung technique niya, iba yung technique ko pero parehas lang din naman ng patutunguhan, hanggang sa na-burnout na siya sa akin. At the same time parang ang taas ng expectation niya sa akin kahit bago lang ako. Ang hirap makatrabaho at makipag-deal sa ganung type of people in the workplace.

    Hello po mam I just and finish your video and sobrang nakarelate po ako.. I am about to send my resignation right now on to my work but I have a question po sana if im doing a good decision?.. I am working as video editor for US company po almost 1 year and half now.. but things became so toxic for me because my boss he always doing micromanagement to me like we have 2 meetings in a day and keep on blaming me for such little details on my work that not so worthless to talk about..and hindi lng yun he is so manipulative when it comes to my goals and objective keep on changing or shifting deadlines to make me feel pressured sa work ko also i feel like he is changing me the way just the want do.. like now he is asking me to be a copywriter also for our video projects he wants me to learn something that I dont want to work on and out of scope sa work ko.. and for him he is saying that it is to easy to do but for me it is not scope of my work and I dont like that he talk to much like when he is seeing wrong on my work like he ditch me way on the ground and always make me feel sorry for what I did and feel to be guilty but all the work is came to me he just do the talking.. i hope you can answer today po.. i will file tonight my resignation on work shift..
