Here I'm recapitulate about one of the most favorite recipe for making Biryani.. That is Kolkata style biryani.
Chicken Biriyani
Ingredients:
Chicken 1.5 kg
Basmati Rice 1.5 kg
Vegetable Oil 300 ml
Deshi Ghee 150 gm
Onion 200 gm (4 pcs)
Kasmiri Red Chilli 1 TSP
Red Chilli 1 tsp
Salt ( as per taste)
Potato 1.5 kg
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Gaelic paste 2 tsp
Nutmeg(Jaifal) 1/2 pcs
Mace(Jaitri) 5 gm
Green Cardamam 7 gm
White Papper 5 gm
Black Papper 5 gm
White Cumin Sheeds 5 gm
Cloves 3 gm
Cinnaman 3 gm
Bay Leaf 3 pcs
Khoya Milk 120 gm
Full Fat Milk 180 ml
saffron 1 gm
Kewra water 3 tsp
Rose Water 2 tsp
Orange Food Colour
Lemans 1 pcs
Curd 120 ml
Alubukhara 5 pcs
Flour 200 gm
Coal 400 gm
