I'm glad Thurston has said he'll never stop writing music. For me, he is one of the greatest musicians ever. SY and a lot of his post SY music is some of the only stuff that taps right into my brain and lets me feel at least something. Fantastic music as always.
I got named after the guy
Thurston is back. What a great songwriter, voice, lyricist.
Thanks Thurston... great stuff. We met in 95 at lollapalooza in Camden, NJ. We were watching Built to Spill on the side stage together. Afterwards, you hooked me and my buddy up with Moby's beer, then you took us to meet the rest of the band. I remember it like it was yesterday. Thanks again man, I've told the story a thousand times.
Thank you Mr. Moore for all the years of awesome music! Started listening to Sonic Youth when Goo came out when I was stationed in Germany. My Army Buddy had an older BMW with a worn out Good Year sticker that only had the letters Goo on it so we knew it was a sign🙀😱♥ Rock on!!
I started listening SY same time!
He never lost his sound❤
Vení a la argentina x favor! No quiero irme del mundo sin conocerte
Truth as sound.
Sky 😍
This guitar and this voice 🔥🔥
Thurston just keeps getting better as the decades pass
Thurston Moore is DILWID.
hello Thurston, this song is very good! it reminds me another artist from NY, called "Lee Ranaldo" who do songs like this one ! you should play with him, it could be very interesting!
Thats funny
Lee’s work is better, in my opinion. Thurston still makes good stuff, but I think Lee has the edge.
Ultra interesting!! I was just listening to Thurston Moore music the other day wondering... Time traveler lucid dreams man! Awesome to hear new music! 🎵 🎶 🎶 🎸
Love SKY Ferreira ❤❤❤

Xtra precisely for the humanhood /generation of generations that appreciate all your background !

Hello 😊 how are you doing?
lets go then.
I adore it !
Wow awesome. It reminds of "The Trees outside the Academy" lp
I will admit I am not very famillar with your music post SY but I will devote some time to listen to it and most likely buy some more vinyl.
I do have an orignal trees outside the academy picture disc and the new reissue! The new one sounds excellent.

👍👍👍
Isadora Duncan I presume! Nice homage. BTW who says Thurston can't write great pop songs?
I don't know...has anyone actually said that?
Great song. Guitars sound like J Mascis
Очень люблю вашу музыку! Был на вашем концерте, когда вы приезжали в Россию в 2015 году. Жаль, что теперь всё очень изменилось.....

Is that Sky Ferreira?
Yeah she made the music video too
Is this in the point of view of Ida Celestia Pond
So this is what a SY track would sound like with a "proper" solo....interesting....I like it but it feels so....different...not wrong but...still...not what Im used to...
This is not terrible - but the man is undeniably a shadow of his former self in every possible way. Moral of the story: don’t cheat on the love of your life.
Thurston basically invented the Sonic Youth sound. This is why his music is the most similiar to SY. It’s HIS sound. Kim wasn’t the love of his life. Eva is. Deal with it.
thank you thurston for providing a never ending shit stream of “music” to remind us all of who you really are.
this is just outdated rock n roll with some alice cooper guitar
The intro is god
Thurston? If you're really there, is psychic hearts your favorite work? I would really like your answer to complete my thoughts on that album.
