So household bleach and “chlorine” are basically the same. The SH that we use is just a little stronger. Power washing rigs can apply more than 60:1 water to bleach. I have mine applying about 2.5% with a 4gpm machine. Because of the shooter tips we use, we aren’t hitting the house with 4000psi, more like 200. You CAN use a pressure washer to do a decent amount of soft washing. A soft washing gas pump is definitely helpful for certain applications, but a 4000psi 4gpm can do a wide variety of jobs.

it is an additive that gets added to the solution in the line as it gets shot onto the building. the idea is the fungicide of which we like "green wash" from soft wash systems the best, gets lets on the surface after cleaning. it is not applied separately its included into the mix. This only works if you have a injector that can inject the green wash into the line. If green wash is mixed in a container with the chlorine for more than a few minutes the fungicide will be killed by the chlorine making it useless.

Chlorine is identical to household bleach, just more concentrated.
Correct just different brand names really. I use pool store "chlorine" but still 12% sodium Hypochlorite
What’s the fungicide?
it is an additive that gets added to the solution in the line as it gets shot onto the building. the idea is the fungicide of which we like "green wash" from soft wash systems the best, gets lets on the surface after cleaning. it is not applied separately its included into the mix. This only works if you have a injector that can inject the green wash into the line.
If green wash is mixed in a container with the chlorine for more than a few minutes the fungicide will be killed by the chlorine making it useless.
@@DanHaer When they say what's the Fungicide they mean what brand is it?? Where did you get it?? Amazon home depot or outer space? Link?
Use the green
What strength sodium hypochlorite are you using in this video?
12.5%
@@ArkansasChainsaw thank you. I've been using 6% and I don't think that's strong enough.
@@BigSouthOutdoorsTV I been buying pool chlorinator 11% for 2.50 a gal and mix dawn soap in foam Cannon. Works well. Smells clean lol
@@ArkansasChainsaw does that mixture clean as rapidly as what you used in this video? Reason I asked, I did a PW job last week. The white vinyl siding was black and sun baked on. It took 5 applications of 6% to clean it and some spots I had to use a 25° tip to cut it off. What should've taken 1.5 hours took over 3 hours. Needless to say, I lost $$$.
@@BigSouthOutdoorsTV not my video but mix works well for me I don't add water to foam Cannon just bleach and soap. I let it work 5-6 mins then wash off
this was perfect
When I soft or pressure I let the bleach do the work and all I do is rinse it off
What about vinegar?
Sometimes you can use that on hard water stains but anything organic use bleach
yes that evaporated fungicide stays on there for 18 months💪you hallucinate
Good stuff
Appreciate it
Do both
Is the fungicide or algacide, benzalkonium chloride ?
Fungicide
Mold Armour!
I usually advise customers to move the cannabis to the house before I start cleaning
lol
$
Very bad for shingle
3% bleach? Absolutely nobody uses 3% bleach.

The mold is job security

@Barack Obama well tq for posting it properly.
There’s nothing
Why would you want the mold to not come back for 18 months??? I like to work and once a year cleanings are great for making $$$$ to feed your family. Just saying. Your mold is my gold is what I say. see you in 12 months! I down stream all these siding buildings and it works great. Merry Christmas.
Great advertisement oh genius one. SMH
