I'm British-Swedish (half British and half Swedish). My dad's side of the family is from the UK and my mum's side is from Sweden. We visit Sweden every summer to see family and friends, and I can confirm most of these are true 🇬🇧🇸🇪
It's funny that a swedish women talking about Sweden, is wearing a typical norwegian 🇸🇯 sweater 🤷♀️
I have had worse paper cuts from paper than what any pizza slicer will do and it's supposed to go through cooked dough. Come on - try it. Even the UK & AU has been doing it for decades. Have a long pair of scissors for the kitchen and another for crafting - you'll be fine both are washable and as long as the water is hot enough it's all good.

Why did she say that "you don't wash the sheets as often"?.. Honey if you're not washing your sheets at least as often as your duvet cover (you said weekly), you're doing it wrong.
Or they don't use duvets as they're used to making snow angels in the nude so why would they need a duvet for?
I'm not a big fan of the "Jante law" being presented in this way, with the "complete set" of rules. Those were written in a satirical book, that's were the name comes from, but that is not how it is in reality. The ones you looked weirdly upon, those are not real, those are just in that book. The real meaning of it is as you say to make sure everyone knows they are equal. You are not better than anyone else, but that also means that nobody else is better than you. It goes both ways. Everyone is equal. And that is very important in swedish society. We see that in several other points she brings up. Race? Why? Everyone is equal, no matter what "race" you are. Male or female? Doesn't matter, everyone is equal. Children? We treat them with respect. They are also equal.
This is also very obvious in a swedish workplace. She didn't bring it up but I think she should have. The CEO of a billion dollar company? He isn't better than the cleaning lady. They are equal. And you can see that in the swedish workplace. During an after work, you will see the CEO standing at the bar, chatting with the cleaning lady.
