The green plantain i love to fry them just ut them round znd split them in two fried them when they early fry take them out and and press them onapiece of foil put them back into the pan then sprinkleď a littlesslt water on it and cover it and let it stY for a little while then its fininish. Maybe a little salt fish or znythig you like to have it with and there goes a big brakefast. GIRLwe jamaican csnt hide any where we go you will find us. I am so proud of you.. You have a great man for a husband and a beautiful daughter just take xare of your family and your daughter and make the best of everything.
