I see that chain wrench was like a make shift contraption. I’m having trouble removing that piece to clean my grinder anything that can help?

Denote the diameter of the grinder plate (#5 =2 1/8 inches ) .

It was just cleaning and not restoration, even the casting marks were not removed. Please don't give an excuse of keeping its originality.
