I recently purchased the Victron 75/15 charge controller. I am a bit confused about the “VE.Direct socket with jumper link”. As I understand it, and your video seems to confirm it, this is a data communication port. I’m not using it, I’m just using the built in bluetooth on my phone. Should I pull out the small plastic bit or just leave it in place?
