WARNING! once the imaginary lines are drawn on the shirt, you cant clean them off without an imaginary washing machine which is very expensive to imagine!

You ll now have a long narrow strip, which u can fold doubled several times till its the size of normal flatsheet folded. Tuck flat fitted and 2 cases in together so u have ur full beds needs all together in one package. Easy to work with.
I initially felt dumb when I failed because I oriented the shirt incorrectly, but when I faced the side of the shirt, it worked instantly. Amazing technique!
Slight alteration/tip: you can get a wider end result if you make the vertical reference line halfway between the edge of the collar and the seam of the sleeve instead of halfway between the middle of the shirt and the seam/left side (otherwise the end result is a bit tall). This is actually done in the video, but the positions are very close to each other.

I wanted to try this technique today, but quickly realized in the time it would take me to find a clear, clean, big enough space to lay out a shirt, and then actually lay our each shirt I could easily fold my shirts the way I've always been doing it.
Clear space aside...sure, I could use a table, but in the time it would take me to prep the shirt (lay it down, straighten it out, etc..) I can give it a quick snap holding it from the shoulders, then fold it as I always do. I don't see where this would save ME any time ( your results may differ).
(Assuming a t shirt) Face down, flip so the end of the sleeve lines up where the other sleeve meets the body, pull the other sleeve back toward you so you're roughly staring a rectangle and then fold in thirds?
I'm so lazy and hate that folding my shirts took so long, until I found this on my recommended. Now I can be lazy and still have an organised wardrobe.

For a solid 10 minutes I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. Then I realized that his perspective is looking at the shirt sideways. Watched it from the perspective of the folder, BAM!! Instant Win
I saw this and it didn't make sense to me in a counter intuitive way. While doing it it still seemed off until I had the best folded T-shirt in my history of folding shirts! This has monumentally changed my life. Before the folds were not typically good enough compared to the much too many seconds it would take me. So most of the time I don't even bother and deal with the slight wrinkles. With this folding method, I will now fold half of my next load of laundry!! Thank you do much DaveHax. You have taught me magic, I hesitated to watch a yt video on how to fold since i just fold it randomly, never gets good. But this magic trick, super consistant, extremely easy, no time and perfect fold.
For those who can't do it right: the trick is at 0:33 Notice that his moving hand (B) is above his stationary hand (A). If you go down under it, your shirt comes off the wrong way. This works even if you switch hand ie. right hand at A, left hand at B. Hand B is always above hand A when you fold it.
Sad that they patched this method, and its gonna be especially devastating for any 100% runs since the only efficient method now is throwing the shirt at your hamper. However i have found it effective to keep the shirt on all week to sequence break this segment, at the cost of hygiene and self-respect xp

Seriously. This is ridiculously useful.
I saw this and it didn't make sense to me in a counter intuitive way. While doing it it still seemed off until I had the best folded T-shirt in my history of folding shirts! This has monumentally changed my life. Before the folds were not typically good enough compared to the much too many seconds it would take me. So most of the time I don't even bother and deal with the slight wrinkles. With this folding method, I will now fold half of my next load of laundry!! Thank you do much DaveHax. Seriously though my previous folds were so bad and time consuming it caused self-doubt when doing this chore lol. I thank you. P.S. wtf did I even just say. Just blah blah blah into the keyboard. I'm sir yapsAlot over here in some 10 year old youtube video.

You have taught me magic, I hesitated to watch a yt video on how to fold since i just fold it randomly, never gets good. But this magic trick, super consistant, extremely easy, no time and perfect fold.

For those who can't do it right: the trick is at 0:33
Notice that his moving hand (B) is above his stationary hand (A). If you go down under it, your shirt comes off the wrong way. This works even if you switch hand ie. right hand at A, left hand at B. Hand B is always above hand A when you fold it.

Sad that they patched this method, and its gonna be especially devastating for any 100% runs since the only efficient method now is throwing the shirt at your hamper. However i have found it effective to keep the shirt on all week to sequence break this segment, at the cost of hygiene and self-respect xp
