Fubuki's has an excellent voice, with an incredible range. When she's sings, she really uses it well. She's a talented seiyuu (she does works as that sometime). If you want to see her range and skills, both "The disapparence of Shirokami Fubuki" and Kurokami's "Rolling girl" covers are my rec.

You know that sound that oddly sounds like a tape measure being pulled throughout the song? I feel like it's purpose isn't even to fit in the song, it's more of a way to add to the uneasiness to the song, especially sense it's so loud compared to the rest of the sfx and instrumentals.
You should check out Fubuki's Karaoke streams, there are several songs that have been clipped. If you thought how high her voice got here is impressive, those karaoke streams are amazing, and expect some Kuro singing as well (for the note, there are duets, and they aren't edits of multiple streams, it's her doing it in real time). Also, the key on her hip is just part of the outfit.
Oh I've actually seen a small snippet of one of those streams a while back where Kuro was singing - it was absolutely amazing so I'm really looking forward to hearing more from her! Though the most impressive I'd say is how quickly she manages to switch between Shirakami and Kurokami, without making much, if any mistakes. She is also one of the few known people to have successfully sang "disappearance of Hatsune Miku" (the song with ridiculous speed).
