- In this video, I went to the biggest and the oldest night market in Cebu, Philippines. It's called Colon Night Market, and they have VERY AUTHENTIC foods that the locals love. I was very nervous to try some of the foods, but it turns out, I have a very Filipino palette! 😊

I grew up eating balut in the States, and you really started this video with one of the most challenging foods to try!!! Not many foreigners or even Filipino Americans eat this, so everyone is impressed with your bravery!!!

Balut in the U.S. are ( Meh!😝 ) they only have ( one size ) and they are cold asf too, you have to boil 'em' hot at home. And they are expensive asf too fuckin' $1.39 each.
Yeah! not many Fil-Ams eat balut, because they have become ( White Washed ) that's why. Facts💯%

Love your humor! Glad you enjoyed Filipino street food! This market has a lot of variety, and as a born and raised filipino, some of the items here I have never tried, specifically the Suso and Saang. Kinda sad you weren't able to try Kwek kwek ( the orange colored ball shaped food)

Starting off the video by eating balut takes a lot of courage even i (a filipina) wouldnt dare to eat it haha but thats just a personal preference, i hope you enjoy your time here in the Philippines and pro tip! Nice trick with the Tuslob Buwa Jimmy! But the thing is this street food on actual street before it was popular on Cebu, students share the sauce with just one wok. We only have to pay the rice so its cheap for students. Everybody gets to dip 😅
