Set within The Glenturret Distillery - Scotland’s oldest working whisky distillery - this intimate restaurant mixes the luxury with the everyday, both in its surroundings (its beamed ceiling is hung with two beautiful Lalique chandeliers), as well as in its dishes, with the likes of haggis, aged scotch and local farmer ingredients. The world's first in-distillery fine-dining concept. Owned by the French crystal maker Lalique. The restaurant is headed by Scottish-born chef Mark Donald.
