hello sir, I got ankle fracture 4 months back and I shown to doctor and asked me to do MRI and X-ray, and after seen my reports by doctor told me you will be recovery without surgery ar if you want you can do surgery also. So he said 50/50. Then I told I'll avoid surgery but now almost 5 months still swelling not stop totally, I get pain while moving around my ankle, also I get slightly pain while walking, and also after walk I can't make make down make feet. Kindly suggest me what to do?

Hello sir I recently got 2 wheeler accident i got rt medial mellolus fracture they admitted me in hospital doctor said u have 50 percent chances without surgery by putting cast & 80-90% without surgery now due to time schedule they just put me normal pop cast and send me home by saying come after 2 weeks will take x ray and then decide, 😢 sir I really dont want to go for surgery and want it to heal like naturally by cast can u just confirm wat will happen with my leg?

Sir I had fracture on MY calcaneus bone so doctor told me for 1 month plaster then he asked me to do the 1 month crape bandage no weight for two months on MY ankle . Then after 2 months I started put on weight on MY ankle and he also said yes for gym but for upper part not for lower body . Can you please tell me should I do gym for upper body or not ??
