You have to slide the 2nd row seats forward for max space in the 3rd row seats.

Plenty of mid size 3 row crossovers that DON'T require you to slide the 2nd row to make the 3rd row usable.

Poor decision with the big mat in the cargo space because if your using the third row you have to deal with it sealing some of your cargo space.
