Installing the Diplomat Top fix WIRQUIN toilet seat

Some models of the DIPLOMAT WIRQUIN design toilet seat are equipped with hinges that allow installation from the top only: the TOP FIX system. Some modern bowls do not allow access to screws and bolts from underneath, and require this special system.
