The easy version: if approved, all candidates will be put on the primary ballot, which all registered voters can vote on. Voters select their five preferred candidates, ranking them in order of preference. Votes are then tabulated, with the candidates with the least amount of the weighted votes being eliminated until one person has the majority of votes.
