Question 3 aims to give non-partisan voters a voice in primary elections

And it also throws in RANK CHOICE VOTING on Question 3.
Look i want Independents to Vote in Primaries and that Question should be on the ballot ,
But Don't sneak in the Rank Choice Voting in there with it .
Rank Choice Voting should be SEPERATE from Question 3 Regarding Open Primaries for Independant voters .
So I am Voting NO on Question 3 .
